Hello everyone.I haven't been on here much lately due to the better weather bringing gardening etc.I have also been busy getting ready to dabble in motocross part time.I am still doing a bit of converting and restoring though .Can anyone tell me the story behind the blue cabs sometimes seen on Britains Fordson DDNs.I have only seen them on tractors from European countries .Were they produced blue by Britains for export ? Or have some people been painting them ?I would like to find out just for curiosity really.
Thanks and best wishes to you all .

I don't blame you Andy .
I have sold a lot of models recently to buy another motocross bike but I couldn't sell my best Fordsons.

the chassi is all finished, decaled ect,as for the cab, time and no right material is the prob at mo,so the frame is just sat there awaiting finishing,if all goes to plan i have all weekend in the shed so will have another look at it,seen some tissue paper fiberglass sheets in halfords, very thin.might try that ,jas suggested it ,and i can file and shape it then once its dry
heres a couple of pics of her as she stands at the min for you

great work guys,I wish I had the bottle to tacklecasting in resin .
It just seems a bit technical for me !
I will have to try it one .
Thanks for sharing it with us .

No I think I will leave it as it is .
Or if I do build it I wil leave off the decals as they are still on the original backing .
I am really pleased with it and still on the lookout for some other mini-sets .
