Out of interest, which tractor would win a tractor pull? Wonder if it is possible to work out the dbhp using a Newton meter or something?

Weather broke a bit later on, I was in Wivi for new year and the weather there in the morning was excellent

The end. There were loads more vehicles, heavy haulage, scammels, a few bulldozers on old artics, cars etc. but like I say I missed most of it and only saw them on the road on the way home. It was not busy in town, but at the start of the run it was very busy with people, but being late, we could not get into the carpark as the vehicles were leaving so took another route to get ahead of at least a few runners. Health and safety had a day off, kids in the rear link boxes, families towed around in trailers.....alll good fun

After about 2 hours sleep and waiting to make sure the lift I had was sober enough to drive, managed to get into town to miss most of the Tractor run, missed a lovely 1184

Not a model I would consider buying, but a very interesting review all the same - and good to know the collector gets a little bit extra.

I like the Ertl Tw5 type fords - have payed ?12-16 for them in different boxes but they seem to have appreciated recently, now around ?25 MIB though prices are never consistant. TWs make more than 8630s in my opinion and the 2wds do better than the MFWDs as they seem to be rarer over here. Its a shame the postage is so much, some of the ones on US ebay are bargins
