  1. Loving the sepia tint effect from yesteryear and good to see grandad is still fit to drive his original workhorse! Hes a bit sinister-looking if you dont mind me saying though, sort of a cross between Alfred Steptoe and the Waffen SS bloke from raiders of the lost arc...
  2. Oh if only it was that easy in real life!
  3. Driving a little Renault Expert van up to Bromborough with a pallet of ingredients.
  4. Putting one of Mandy's drivers into my Britains International 3588. Quite a good fit, but only superglue would hold him in place. I tried to get into the 1056 but I wasn't able to remove the rear wheels (which you need to to access 2 small screws). I could see no way to get into the new MF \
  5. A couple of blues putting up a fence, quickly snapped:
  6. Massey 5400 (featuring a Lord F endorsement) " 6400 & 7400 " 8600 Fendt 400 - 800 - 900 Vario; Caterpillar TH Series Telehandlers.
  7. Badgers have had a good go at the recently dug grave of our cat and I'm in too much pain to re-dig it.
  8. M12 drill bit, 2 M12 bolts and various washers, plus a tarpaulin to cover my trailer.
  9. Mowing and strimming for the most part, then in a bit of down time, attaching a drop plate to my tow hitch.
  10. It's good to see the cab seems to have kept its shape pretty well.
  11. Lantra/Hartpury College, I still haven't received my telescoptic certificate yet and no word from either.
  12. Well each to their own but that sounds rather painful to me, more of a punishment I too hate hedgetrimming leylandii and the like, agony on the neck and back. Make a nice thick hedge if that's your thing but people let them get too big.
  13. Bought in 2 shops in Machynllyth last week: Britains IH 1056 XL General Purpose Trailer Super Spray (orange Chafer) boxed 4 Jersey Cattle Saddleback Pigs Oxford Down/Kerry Hill sheep 2011 catalogue
  14. The screen to my laptop went blank for no apparent reason, and now I can't use it >
  15. Curious to see how you go about this, there aren't many Marshall or Leyland scratch-builds/conversions..
  16. Sorry Tim a generation of ftf'ers are scratching their heads! Breaker bar and 25m of flexible wire for me.
  17. Sounds pretty exciting to me. We get police helicopters every so often hovering low and using their searchlight over the woods. I find the throb of helicopter rotors quite relaxing
