  1. I have often said Britains should make a new lorry, as stated even a freshend up 7.5 tonner, we could even have a special with the FTF logo on the side.
  2. Thanks coxy, dont shop at Lidl dont even have one any where near us.
  3. 8 Euro, what make was it ? Looks a lot of machine for pennies or is there something I dont know.
  4. Looks like a good turn out of people and some very nice models on display, I like the look of the large scale Claas SPFH on the right hand end of the table.
  5. 2 X Late 80/early90's animal blister packs, one a shepered with his flock and some dry stone walling and the other a mixture of pigs cows sheep and horses, both unopened and under £10 for the pair, quite pleased just got too wait for them to arrive.
  6. Very nice Mandy, I really like the older style Britains buildings they have a certain charm.
  7. Great photo's James the first shot could almost be a picture of a model tractor.
  8. No dont put any cleaner with any type of solvent in it on the plastic glass. I think I would try and scrape of what I could and then wash in very hot soapy water to see if it will loosen any more, but I think your on to a looser as the glue will always leave a mark as it will have eaten into the plastic.
  9. I seem to remember getting Superglue off of something with duraglit brass cleaner wadding, might be wrong though carefull what solvents you use if its on plastic particularly windows as they will go cloudy and you will never rectify it.
  10. Good second cut of silage there, the drop of rain we have had lately came just in time didn't it?
  11. Its definitly a DX 92 they never did a DX 110 with duels, I think the driver may have fell out taking the tractor from the box he seems to be making his way out the back window in the boxed picture.
  12. Great pictures of some very nice machines, was the Challenger spreader having a service?
  13. A TW35 carting wheat at a co-op farm yesterday, never seen it before so may be a new purchase, the FW60 has not been seen in the big field opposite my workshop yet usually iun their with the plow, hope it hasn't been sold.
  14. Great pics Sascha, the combine scene is very nice, have you used sawdust for the wheat?
  15. Combines Combines everywhere and not a pic to show, after laying awake last night listining to cutting going on all around, heard the last lot finish at around 11.30pm in the field opposite my workshop (how inconsiderate of them not to cut in the day), I though I would take a drive around and look at what was about, finishing work at 6.30 bolted dinner down and got in the car the sound of machinery was heavy in the air and the familar smell of cut wheat was in my nostrils, I could see the dust clouds everywhere and tractors were busying themselves back and forth at every turn but every combine and I counted 6 in the space of the 4 mile loop road on the edge of Raunds was not in a field by the roadside, so lots and lots of activity but no pics > There are several very big fields which are still to be cut which are right by the roadside so I will get my pictures. Another disapointment over the bank holiday weekend was seeing a mint MF 760 cuting in a field near colsterworth, I was on the way back from the superbikes at Cadwell park and in the field just before you go down the dip and round the bend under the railway bridge was the combine, you would think going to watch the motorbike racing I would have my camera but no and to cap it my phone was flat aswell, so not even any crappy camera phone picks. I never seem to be able to get decent shots anyway even if I was virtually on the machine. Some very nice and professional looking pics from you chaps though.
  16. Looks very smart Mandy, is the back axle fixed in the raised position?
  17. The new Britains Massey is definitely going to be my next purchase, its been to long since we have had a Britains MF, just hope it lives up to my expectations.
  18. This turned up yesterday for the princely sum of £29.50, quite pleased with it as both packs are unopened and the box is in good shape apart for a small tear in one corner, cant help but think there should be an instruction leaflet though, would be grateful if someone could advise or email me a printable copy if it does have one. Thanks James.
  19. I would love to do this in my loft Mike as it has a lovely cut roof so no joists to get in the way but the tight arsed builders put a very low pitch on the roof so no room to stand at all.
  20. Thats a very impressive layout Mike. I keep promising myself I will do a proper layout but the loft is chocka with CR*P and finding the time is just about nigh on impossible.
  21. Britains New Holland SPFH 9090, brought today £34.99, slightly dissapointed see my review in rate and review.
