Got to shed a bit earlier tonight, few pics of how its going. I decided to keep the UH rear linkage this time....But the next one isn't . all the wheels and main frame now done I will just do the tops of the mudgards etc once the cab is on. I have made it wet mud as I have a plan for a diorama with a slurry tanker or poss a spreader -
I have noticed this also, my local shop gets all the UH and all the siku range in . But some of the UH look like people have been playing football with them at the factory, broken mudgards are common, dislodged cabs and on the latest 415 fendts with loaders the cabs are warped!!

It's signal, green stuff but I am experimenting (err spelling) with diffrent makes at the min and how dry and wet they want to be, also UH paint reacts with some. -

few more pics, errr got a bit carried away . I am building the mud up in stages, thus the weathering etc before the model is back together -
It's not just the front linkage now, I am new to this hobby thus took my first hard look at a siku tractor yesterday in the local shop and the new ones have a Knob stuck out of the cab roof and a shaft going through the cab! for stearing, great for play when we are cultivating the living room carpet (oh or is that just me ) but for realism its a nightmare!! and as for conversions......
