  10. probably because that colour blue fendt was only available with the bale wrapper & not sold separately, the 411 as i remember was fendt green as 411 stated on the box , the model he has there is a 412, in a 411 box
  11. seen it across a field or so on the road from Dorchester > Wool , just before you go through Newburgh
  12. nice pics mark , some proper classics , there , i'm wondering if the 4840 is the one from near wool dorset , & the 1135 looks down but certainly not out ,
  13. thanks for shareing you day with us malcy, as per usual great pics , & for some reason a sort of slow willed calming satisfaction of seeing 'proper machinery' being used & not the apparent rip tear of the new gear trying to keep up with it's self
  14. sorry mate was looking at ihatepoundland's pictures before this

    GPS

looks a bit techno to me john , you sure you know how to use it & have you got the emergency number to the 7 year old at the primary school to re-programme it when it goes wrong \ all hi tech stuff john ,was this part of a package for the tractor ? or a separate purchase for just acurately mapping the farm ?

    TX34

lovely pics TT seriously john , that wheat looks better than some of the stuff down here,at least it's standing ! why chopping ? i'd have thought straw would be at a premium this year, heard of a chap this way whos had to go back to his round baler as the straws so brittle , the D1000 size bales he does keep dissintergrating soon as they leave the baler all looks well
  21. if you regularly travell to plymouth on the A38 ,about 20miles from exeter on the righthand side some ways you'll have seen a yard full of plant & farm machinery near liverton , south devon . This is vallence contractors , & the fact their yard is by the side of the A38 is all i know about them , at the moment they have 3-4 black fendt 718's / 820's ? so i have looked up their site & they offer a lot of services . have we got any members down that way, that maybe see them about or use them ? pictures anyone ? http://www.tvallance.co.uk/index.html
  22. funnily enough john, with all that great machinery about i too was drawn straight away to the roof trusses \ lovely curve instead of angles just wondering that although we have some well known contractors in our area's , does anyone know a contractor with this ammount, size, sort of kit ?
