  1. I saw this at the LCN Show for the first time. I had never seen it before. You could maybe try 'Texas' on here (Bas).
  2. Vertically handicapped?! The cheek of it! :D I guess being short makes me stand out. :D
  3. :of :of Too good for this time of the night!! She is a beauty, I will have nice dreams now!!
  4. We will have to go to Zwolle undercover like special agents next year!
  5. Nearest one to Wales is the show at Malvern which is a vintage tractor show with an auction as well. In one of the halls there is a growing amount of diorama and trade stands catering for the 1/32nd farmers among us. http://www.tractorworldshow.co.uk/blog/
  6. Nice, struck it luck with the pedigree calf then. Good going
  7. The ice-cream helped but even that seemed to make me look less than innocent!!
  8. How rude of Kaat to catch us all off guard like that!! As it happens, I was not stuffing my face with sausage (at that time anyway) I was infact blowing my dripping conk into a hanky as I seemed to pick up Zwolleflu while I was there!! :'( :'(
  9. I'll have a look at my Welly Unimog and see what they look like, thanks for the pointer Jamie There is an axle company which uses the three pointed star without the circle too. Many trailers are fitted with them.
  10. Old'n'New look great together, like grandmother and grandson :) Ground looks wet, Mart. Looks like it sliced rather than ripped!
  11. Well, after being impressed with firstly Seans iPhone 3 and then Marks iPhone 4 I had made up my decision. . . Then on speaking to o2 about tarrifs, 'phones and charges the only free iPhone I could get on my tariff was the 3 which is older than the HTC Desire. The iPhone 4 I'd have to pay for plus have a minimum tariff costing more than my current one and the insurance was £12.50 / month So on that basis I fell back to the reserve Champion, the HTC Desire S in blue for two years, 300mins of talk, unlimited text, with insurance and 100mb / month. Should be here tomorrow or Wednesday
  12. David I cannot wait to see some close ups of that little Fendt, it looks incredible!! You got some fantastic models but that little one pips the rest to first post for me I think 8)
  13. Do you buy and sell at market either buying and selling or just going along to keep an eye on prices and so on?
  14. Have you got a part that you have bought but don't know what it is or what model it came from? Post it hear and maybe someone can help you Identify a Part! I bought these at Zwolle but have no idea what make they are or what model they came off - they could be off of anything from any scale but I am assuming Siku, Newray, Joal, Conrad, NZG. ... 1/50 or 1/32. . . but I have nothing to go on. The pair on the left is the only pair I have, the pair on the right I think I now have 15 pairs of! The second photo shows some steering axles, Peterkin maybe? Again, I have nothing to go on!!
  15. And a load of spares for some truck work. Wheels, plenty of them for trailers. A sheet of stainless chequer plate, set of stacks, steering front axles, rear reflective decals, air horns, spot lights, rear marker stalks, mud guards and a hands free aerial. Also load of beacons (some for my TM155) set of UH Kuhn mower wheels to go on my Marston trailer that Dan made me.
  16. The wee little UH Massey Ferguson 240 which again shows itself off as a lovely little tractor for a bargain price. Another little red one in the shape of the HMT UH Massey Ferguson 135. Mark has showed me the faults in this model so I hop to be able to correct them on a rainy day. The LCN 2011 tractor, the great big New Holland. The real deal parked outside was huuuuuge!! The model is a chunky one, not really of huge appeal to me to be honest.
  17. I was slow to start buying seeing as there were very few models from the manufacturers or the scratchbuilders that a) I could afford to buy just at the moment or that I wouldn't find at home once the hype of the recent shows and the prices had calmed down a bit. Thanks to Wil and Stehos (Jack) I did manage to buy one of these though, the dusty LMF 7610 bubble cab. I am super pleased with this! :) Great details, not over dirtied, LMF sticker in rear window and LMF reg plate... a nice little tractor.
  18. Lovely pictures so far Mike. The stand looks great, really clear. Nice show in general I should think?
  19. Come on then all you Zwollians! Let's see what you bought during the weekend
  20. Transforms it when the cladding it starts, looking forward to seeing this completed, Ben. Bet it will look cracking
  21. Well, I feel as rough as a badgers ****** and didn't make it into work this morning > Woke up way past my usual time with a bunged up nose and a sore throat. Give Traci a mouthful when she asked if I had a nice time. .. "What, with Fingers David, Backstabbing Sean, Fartycracker Ferguson and Citizen Cheddage?!! Like 'eck did I?" All they did was moan and *****, the rooms were too hot, the beer was too quick, the women wern't nice enough, the weather was too cold, the truck stank of Patricks bum burps . . ... honestly guys. . . This lot are a right load of moaning old fools!! All a good joke!!!! Had a brilliant time, kept my spending a little bit tame but still got a few nice things and lots of very useful things. Excellent company there and back and plenty of good company at the show, Reiko, Stehos, Ertlerik, Bas, Johnny, Wil, the Niels'.... the English Brigade of traders and passers by .. . all in all it really is a superb show, very friendly and catered for with hot dog stands, a coffee cafe and a full restaurant/cafe. The hotel Andy booked us in was outstanding. ... as were the reception staff :P * I think the Model Farmer and Farmtoys Forum names have been further imbedded into the hobby in Europe with many show models sold and a huge interest in the Britains/FTF International and the Model Farmer Magazine. I'm now off to have my scrambled eggs on toast and sort out my purchases :
  22. What do you use for plouging and what do you use for seed drilling? Spent a summer lugging a 14t spreader which is an all wieght of 20t with a 7530, never put a spanner on it even though it was powering hydraulics, pto and pulling for up to 15hr a day. Worked it hard and it rewarded us with 100% reliability. Cab wise though . . . Awful. Used T60's and T70's but not to great ends like the 7530 so can't compare other than from operators point of view. . . . . The cab of a T7030 Auto Power (was using front mounted flail topper) is superb, absolutely superb. Wish I could use a T70 a lot more. You'll only get opinions here. Demo a like for like machine from each brand and make the decision (or your boss should) on your own merits, taking into account dealer, price, residual value aswell
  23. We can smell you from here as it happens! We're in Sainsburys, Ashford scoffing a breaky sandbanger!
