  5. AT LAST!! Finally found a plasterer who knows how to do it with lime!! All being well he'll be with us the week after this week and our remaining work on the last room will get a kick start. Taken flipping ages to get this sorted.
  6. She'd be spot on Paul. The chap who did the mowing for the silage gang I worked wih had a similar set (smaller rear if anything) on a T6080. He did find the temp gauge rise in heavy permenant pasture where the grass was tough.
  7. Brilliant photos, it must take as long to set up your display for shows as it did to build it in the first place!! :of So many nice models and so much work in them and the farm and scenery itself. Really nice to see all the old blues keeping there place too Nice job mate, keep the topic alive :)
  8. Forgot my camera today and went to one of the most interesting farms I've been to May be back there again though so will have to remember my camera next time! Tractors ranged from a Titan to a pair of JD 8440 artics!
  9. Back from Ormskirk, had a blinding trip. Left at 4am and back in the yard by 14.30. Now out spreading dung with the mint 6290 (which is for sale ) and the big Richard Western spreader. :)
  10. Ormskirk tomorrow to collect three dead Belarus's. Thankfully two of us are going so we can do it in a day and make life easier trying to load up the rubbish Off to beddy byes now for an 03.00 alarm call. \
  11. Now you can break it up and cast all the bits and pieces :) Nice vans they are, fetch a few quid normally too. I'm not sure that I remember seeing a black version before though
  12. Have you read any of the last few pages? : : :
  13. Nice so far, Phil. May find I have to change them then if they arn't water tight - no good for the mud yard.. . I mean log yard!
  14. I don't blame them either, Andy. Do you think a 'committee' working on behalf of Britains to sort of verify the prototypes could be suggested? It may speed up the process if they talked to perspective buyers and also members from particular brand oner clubs and so on and so forth?

    Rolls

Baking tray is a good idea to stop bits getting lost, Pete
  16. Do you know what the 69 was like in its first 500hrs, Gav?
  17. The photos show that all to well mate, what a thing to have to see and then find out you had someone in there you knew. How awful, hope the family pull together and shake off all the flak currently being aimed at lorry drivers.
  18. I was worried sick last night as Traci and her friends were on their way home at that time from that area. After what seemed like ages she rang me back but that was bad enough. From I have heard and researched since last night it sounds like absolute carnage with tyres and fuel tanks exploding up and down the scene of a 200m fire ball. My thoughts ajre with those who perished, their families and their friends.
  19. That's the colour Scania released the R Series in, Joe.
  20. It's Welly, Joe. I have sent emails to three different EU distributors, Welly Hong Kong, UK distributors, trawled ebay and google for hours of my life and it has got me. . . ... nowhere! Mark 4055 alerted me to this one.
