You have made some nice buildings Johnny. Do you know how many hours it takes?

Hello?

I didn't hear actually, the one on show was just a prototype though.

Kieths cattle crush was flipping smart. I did not buy any diorama stuff but I cannot wait to be ready to do so. Mandy and Frazer had a great stand again and their dioramas were very nice showpieces. I doubt if Andy will get the photos sorted and uploaded tonight. I left at 16 :30 and he was almost done packing up. As much as I like buying models, I like seeing all the traders and the banter between everyone during the day. I have six lovely purchases to add later The customisers had been busy, George, Kieth, Dan, Paul, Peter (he doesn't do paintwork, he does magic!), all had tables full of delights!

Look forward to it, Pete. Can't be many farms which have never had a set of these!

The 83 and the 88 are flipping smart!! Have you done an 8630 or do you plan to if you have not already? -
Is it a Celtis floorplan or something that you have used? It's a sharp looking model anyway.

international 885 xl

Bare in mind it has only been four days!! As for the Forum dying, quite the contrary. We are into show season now and the busiest time of the farming year draws to a close as well so there is and has been plenty going on here on the model front as you have seen having posted a few conversion topics yourself. Some forums don't even get going when it comes to creative posts, hobby knowledge across all things model farming from lead animals to scratch, R/C, brass built models, reference topics, intelligent replies and even a good laugh and joke along the way. Don't be disgruntled if the comments don't add up, some will be very interested, others won't be at all and some will enjoy browsing FTF without too much posting. Either way, your models don't go unseen or unappreciated. Internationals are not my thing really but just looking at it from a build point of view, what you have done and how it is finished - it looks very nice mate. -
I think I have, I know I had one and then bought four elsewhere, two in mint boxes and two in damaged boxes. One went on ebay for sure, think that was it thought. The others are for a rainy day fund. .. saying that we're now a one wage household.... \

  Genius!! Another one of the best things on this Forum is the total dry wit of some of the members here!!! Excellent

I have four of these, all boxed. Although they are a bit toy like you are right, they'rd a great addition to a layout of their era. Yaxxon was another name they were sold by, first I believe. Yaxxon versions were packaged on a cardboard base under a cleaq plastic shell unlike the boxed Jaditoys. There have been some wonderful 'pimped up' versions posted on here, even a hill sider by one person!

February was also mentioned in an earlier reply.

When you're on your rounds do you hand out any leaflets about the tractor thefts or anything like that, Mike?

The progress on the house this week, barge boards up, lime pointing finished and a new concrete lintel in the front bedroom replacing the rotten wooden one above the window. The best bit is I havn't had to lift a finger and my 60hr week is on target :) Oh and having kept our two rabbits off the lawn has let it get established nicely. Oh and it's sunny and warm today :) It's not quite all rosey though, off to the Sad topic now. . . . .

Whats your latest Farm/Construction buy 2011

I think I sold that tractor now, if I still had it I would have happily sent the tyres your way. Try Karen though, she may have some still.
