  1. here is my latest conversion i have put an extra beacon on the john deere and a front weight on the linkage and i have put a driver in the cab. i will soon be putting a cb setup in the cab and putting the aeriels on the cab
  2. nothing round here as of yet but the arable side of things is going very well. i think college are aiming for the begining of may to do the first cut of silage

  4. i started on the grader for griffiths and im now apprentice farmmanager in the space of 6 1/2 months anything is possible
  5. thats really bad news mate. sounds like a stupid bloke anyway picking on a 13 yr old, should be encoraging you and helping you not picking arguments with you, hope hes not like that with everybody else or he will get nowhere in life anyway, hope you find a job soon, just write upa cv and say your looking for workexperience and your a student, its amazing how many people will wan to take you on as an apprentice good luck for the future
  6. well we are planting potatoes, my main roll is working on the factory site emptying the stores and loading the walkers lorries as the boss is busy with the plant now, but i have been hauling the liquid fert tanks to and from the fields when we have been working and not repairing damaged machinery
  7. yes and no, we try to et enough drivers but its simple if you use the contractors own men if they know what there doing

  9. you probably have rich, it was near college the other day, theyve been quite busy while its been dry we mainly buy what suits our need but as you can see in some of the photos some of the john deere 6930's are contractors as we calnt afford to buy and run all the tractors we need.

  13. check out these toys, typical of john suckley he only has the best, smartest and cleanest kit in shropshire in one field he had 2x john deere 8345R, john deere 8530, john deere 7430, new holland t6090, new holland t7030 and massey ferguson 6490
  14. some of the kit parked up in the yard, there were 5 bedtillers in the field and i will try and catch up with the destoning boys and the big case on the shakeorator and the ford on the subsoiler

  16. started the potato plant on tuesday and weve already had some mishaps one of the trailer got tipped to farm and the rear mounted conveyor bent all the back of the planter one of the destoning boys drove into the back of one of the liquid fert tanks and broke the pump and didnt tell anybody so weve also lost some liquid fert aswell as having to buy a new pump and spend time repairing that aswell. other than that there is plenty of kit down here and we are all having a good time

  18. i calnt wait for the kuhn km 620 and claas mower set and is it me or are the modeling companies going a bit international mad?
