  1. i want a plough for on duncote farm i was wondering how easy it is to make the uh kuhn 6f into a 5f as i want it on my 6930 has anybody else done it yet, im sure somebody said it was just a screwdriver job
  2. and ive finally got the attachment changed on the jd skid steer, now got the new holland muck grab fitted also waiting for the front grubber for my 6930 then it can go in a spring barley drilling scene
  3. thanks tris, it might not have the loader much longer as ive altered the loader on the new holland to take different attachments and so i can take the loader off the john deere to use the front linkage a bit better i have also got a set of muck forks and another set of bale forks for it
  4. just treated myself yo a claas cargos 9500 tri axel silage wagon, model of the year 2011 also a front grubber for on the front of my 6930
  5. superb conversion, the first 3080 ive seen converted and it looks great
  6. hopefully yes, i need to double check dates though as im hoping to be driving around then and so my driving test will come first, wont have enough money to do it all esspecially with getting a car aswell i will definatly be doing toytrac again though
  7. well after a long hard think ive decided to have a large silage scene for duncote im going to invest in the triple kuhn mower set from uh and a suitable tractor for it might also go for a kuhn tedder aswell this will be in the new year though as money is tight but best to have a good plan
  8. it is yes, we usually get 2 people either side especially in a wet harvest as there is plenty of crap that comes up the hopper like mud clods and and parts of the plant. just makes it easier when we clean them as the washer does not get clogged up with anything and it reduces the risk of any foreign objects getting into the walkers lorry £30,000 fine and you get shut down if that happens until they find out where the problem came from
  9. i threw a handfull of wheat down by the trailers and 3 minutes later - RESULT
  10. looks beautifull now the snow is back but its trecherous around the yard, here are some pics of the yard and sheeps

  12. cheers murray, yes the 7f does take some power, the 8530 can handle it though with a big weight at the front
  13. duncote has recieved a new set of bale spikes/wrapped bale handler for the jd
  14. very nice aswell as the tractor, good build
  15. no grass mate, though i think my boss said they might have a go a rye grass but mainly cereals and root crops
  16. nnnoooooooo, walford college were going to approach you for our ploughing marathon next year for some demo tractors, hope it all gets sorted mate

  18. thinking of doing a scene like this but with a 6930 and quicke loader with mchale bale spikes with the maupu bale trailer behind
  19. looking good tim, i oredered my bale forks, should be here monday, manor farm is coming together now
  20. its all the interesting stuff keeping me busy mate, my boss has already asked for the dates i break up from college next year so they can organise what jobs i will be doing,
