  13. why not go to argos buy whatever tool you need use it for a few days born it out if you want, and bring it back cos you get a warranty which allows you exchange it if it doesnt last, i actually know a builder who gets stuff there burns it out on purpose and gets a bran new one or a different toll he must have gone back with about 6 pieces now, mind you hes a pure cowboy and dodgy in a few other areas aswell!
  14. Just wondering if chandlers are still dealers for M.F. and Fendt, and i see it around my way too that jds are loosing out in the last few years to other makes, one local contractor both 4 bran new 6820s about two years ago or os but when i was talking to him in the summer, he said he wasnt happy with there performance at all as they were giving a bit of trouble, so last year he baught valtra and McCormicks instead and even saying that my boss who 90% jd had claas out on demo for the whole summer and its lookin likely that there well be a few class tractors coming in the next few months

  19. hey james our trailers are 22ft long, silage bales can be heavy enough at times so its just as well its double axel otherwise the fields could be marked badly in wet conditions, as for taking them off well it would be one quick was to empty the trailer , but generally there is other tractors drawing the bales just on this occassion i was loading myself as it was a sunday and there wasnt much pressure on
