  1. Couple more McConnel hedge cutters made up, this time a 6565t and a 6570t. Not as challenging as the last one but enjoyable nether the less!
  2. Incredible work as per usual John! Don’t see too many Leylands/Marshall’s around here, a very MF and Ford dominated area!
  3. Was more luck than judgement on this occasion! I regularly search eBay for ‘Plastruct’ under auction only and have found a good amount now this way for huge savings!
  4. Have been very jammy recently and have managed to purchase two model shops plastruct stock. Unsure whether the shops have gone bust under the current situation or given up selling it! The first lot isn’t in the picture but the second came today, complete with display stand. A vast amount of different sizes, some probably will never get used but at £100 for the lot I cannot complain!
  5. Making steady progress on the hedge cutter build, lots of hydraulic rams and tricky geometry but nearly there!
  6. Finally making a bit of progress with my latest challenge. McConnel Pa8085 tele vfr hedge cutter, hopefully will be an improvement on my original PA60 that’s in the background :-)
  7. Incredible collection of scratch builds you’ve got there John, very jealous!
  8. Chasers absolutely incredible James, was on my list of things to make in time but a kit will definitely be heading my way when your at that stage !
  9. These three are still on the workbench, have been for 6 months! John Deere’s are Siku based with a cast bonnet from Aaron on here for the 6930 and artisan front linkages! The Imber ford was a 20 minute job this afternoon just need to tidy up with some paint!
  10. I’ve some RAL 6002 for Bailey trailers and I think with a dark primer it’ll be a perfect match for the newer Bailey shade!
  11. Absolutely amazing work John! We used to have a Hydro 84 that used to do all the hedge cutting till 2007! Would love to recreate it one day as it still resides in our village with a collector :-)
  12. Too much on the go at the moment! Lots of wet mornings and days over harvest has lead to lots of started projects! The 6930 is finished just requires paint along with the JD mowers, Opico mobile dryer started, Richie bale squeeze needs painting. Revisited an old build the Bailey TB12 grain trailer that also needs painting! Also started another hedge cutter build this time a McConnell tele-vfr hopefully !
  13. Thank you John. It’s going to be a 6930, i’ve lost interest in collecting a bit of late and find making/modifying to be Moreno enjoyable so I’m reliving some older style conversions (Britain’s/Siku based) and making them to how I want rather than off the shelf!
  14. Having a go at making a ‘proper’ 6000 series JD backend last night. I cheated and bought the arms and the rest from scratch! A lot cheaper than a Artisan one and more enjoyable in my opinion!
  15. Couldn’t settle for just a rear mower so next off the bench is a JD 131 front mower conditioner. They both need some filling and sanding before painting!
  16. Knocked this John Deere 331 moco together over a week or so of evenings. Found a use for the Siku mower hood that was in the parts box!
  17. This one nearing completion and can finally move off the bench. A K-Two sales 14 ton agri dump trailer.
  18. Made a set of Twose flat rollers the last few evenings. Fully functioning like the real ones.
  19. I wasn't convinced the wheels looked right in pictures Barry, but in the flesh they look spot on! Definitely recommend one
  20. Agrium tanker I bought off Mark is nearly there, decided to make it into an Abbey just fill points and splash plate to finish then done
  21. Anyone have a paint colour for Abbey machinery orange?
  22. Nice spreader Dave, got our new one a few weeks back an Amazone ZAM hydro profis 3000 with the new switch box! Hope yours is going well still too wet in the north of the county to get out with it!
  23. Cheers for all the comments everyone! Yes Barry will have more stickers when I get round to it!!
  24. Finally got round to finish this off! Mammoth build taken me 4 years !! Pall feedback appreciated
