Its gone crazy. I got 500 litres off Kerosene last week for €490. Today if I were to get it... Its €720..
Petrol is at € 1.90 per litre
Diesel €1.82....
No idea what Agri green diesel is at.. But obviously gone up also. Worst about all this the government take about 55% in tax on it. They will have reduce it now, otherwise road haulers are going to go apesh*t..
Crazy is right! Red diesel hit £1/Litre this week, staying at that level we will be spending an extra £2700/day during harvest versus 2021! Forward buy prices are being withdrawn also!

Massey and cultivator sounds interesting , cultivators will be tue old folding one but i wonder how well the 6290 will be revamped and look
Indeed, we will see. The original 6290 is/was a terrible model and the realist in me says this release wont be any different, but who knows!

I’ve seen a fue posts on Facebook saying the Ford 5000 is coming back as well, does anyone know if that’s true ? If it is I’m going to say the ertl david brown 990 will come at some point. Could be a wild guess but I’m just going off the pole they did where the valtra won to be retooled. I guessed that all four will be released at some stage
There is nothing that I have seen to suggest the 5000, but the JCB special packaging for the 8330 was a surprise, so who Knows!

I quite like the Olive Valtra, despite the front linkage.
They certainly like churning out the T8 New Hollands though don't they? And I have never seen a single one of them!
The T8's are a rare thing here in the arable east - dont think I have ever seen one working! Now T7s and T6s are a different thing!

It will be interesting to see who does get a gold one , they should never have let it be known there were special ones . I did email Britain’s to ask if the boxes would be sealed as to stop people seeing if gold ones were in there . They replied yes they would be sealed . Mine had definitely had one of the stickers tampered with .
I had to open 5 of mine as there was something (turned out to be loose drivers) rattling around. You would struggle to see inside only removing one sticker, though I am happy to be corrected! As all my cases were opened, I still reckon the code is different. Had it not been, it would have been much fairer and also if they were sealed in a tamper proof way.....

so if the gold ones have a different code on the outside of the models box,or the dealers box ? why would people be “undoing” the actual model as people ate saying. you would have no reason to un seal each model to look .
As I understand it, the code has an 'A' on the end, so 43293A for the Gold one. This, therefore is printed on the underside of the model box, rather than the trade case. I can only make that assumption as each of my trade cases was opened, but none of the tractor boxes were......
Needless to say going by this, I haven't received any gold ones!

no mine was sealed nicely, to be honest, not one of the facebook complainers claiming it , has produced a pic to prove it either , not sure how you could prove it , as it could be them opening it first ?
I have recieved 14 cases from two different wholesalers. Every case had been opened prior to me receiving them. The gold ones have different codes, again another mistake by Britains. So all anyone needs to do is look on the underside of the box. So it is even happening to those buying wholesale. The only guarantee that you get unopened cases is direct from Britains!

I just realised that I have finally got to 1000 posts!
I joined FTF on 13th December 2004 and I think I was member number 35!! So nearly 17 years later I have got to a major milestone! 🤣🤣
Oh how the hobby has changed - good and bad over that time. I myself have dipped out of collecting (nearly selling the whole lot), but came back to it and now have as big a collection as ever, though have long since given up getting everything available, which you could nearly do back in the day! Like most on here there are a lot of models I regret selling and those I regret not buying - but we are all, I guess, in that boat.
The fact that FTF is still here is wonderful really when you think of how many other social platforms there are and have been - so I hope it continues on. As has been mentioned in another topic, people have been and gone and those early days were good times to be taking part or just observing the antics as a bystander!
I wonder where FTF and we all will be in 2037, when I would theoretically reach 2000 posts!!!

Indeed happening all too often. The farm where I am based had both screens pinched out of a brand new Bateman the other week, lost all farm info etc. The police said that new tracking technology is being rolled out which will be harder to overcome, so here is hoping! They also said that German police had seized 90 complete sets, some of which had originated from the U.K. We leave all our kit unlocked and remove the recievers, so hopefully if they do try there will be no damage. The integrated ones are ok - like Fendt/Trimble - but you can cut the roof in the right place and take them straight out in less than 5 mins.......

lovely little model isn't it, rear hitch seems to be well fitted with the strength to hold implements up as well .my only little gripe is the box, very bland given could have been done with branded boxes, like the countys,
I'd agree with you on the box. Personally I dont like the black boxes at all. They have a habit of getting damaged and dirty easily - bit like having a black car!

Britains 2022 New Releases
in Britains Farm Models
Posted
It seems that a lot of the Limited Edition 956 and 1056XLs have been soaked up by Case themselves, which has left the UK very short of these models. So before the prices go silly, I would get one!
