  1. Great to read Tim, well done and Happy Easter. ;)
  2. Three lambs....that it? I've just given up my saturday night to calve 2 cows, stomach tube 3 calves and bottle 8 lambs and just got in........now I'm cold trust me! Why cant't they just wait until a dry spell?
  3. Muck spreading for me, just get a real drive to get the job done, that and having to work the gears with 15 tonnes of muck behind sounds gorgeous. Probably followed by topping as I like to take a real pride in my work on my contracts as that's what gets me more work. Then followed by grain running......love the road work and flashing lights!
  4. No Gav have to disagree with you there.....nothing worse to be honest- a real put off! I prefer to have to do the work and reap the benefits, so much more satisfying.
  5. Started at 7 this morning turning out ewes and lambs, then feed and beeded up the cattle. Then milled up 15 tonnes of Barley and ran a hire trailer back. Then at 5 went to work with the gf's sister to do a mobile bar at a 50th and now home and knackerred. No grub in the house either, so about time for my breakfast/lunch/dinner I'm thinking.
  6. Not a really a lot of use to the topic then if he wants to match it to a real machine. \

It was making her grunt when I saw you guys going.
  8. Do you do all of your Stock Judging as different competitions then? I'm organising our club and open competition for the end of this month, just can't seem to get the interest from the juniors in Stock Judging.
  9. B@gger the cars is what I say. I just tend to keep going and get out the way quicker rather than pulling over. However, I do tend to stop after a hill if I've pulled a load up it, as you can pick up loads of cars in rush hour. But I know know I'm as quick as my school bus and that never pulls over, so why should I?
  10. Also popular in highland areas, as the weight distribution is a lot lower, so a lot more stable. ;)
  11. Nice price. True there are some bargains to be had on there. Bought an International 784 from there for ?10 posted! Very pleased with that. ;)
  12. Yes, but you'll need that for when you learn to drive a car anyway, so it isn'y wasted. Won't expire either as you can learn to drive on your tractor license. ;)
  13. Thanks people, it's really appreciated. Just took some pictures of her with her bigger sister. ;)
  14. Been a bit quiet with my models of late, with everything else in my life getting busier and busier, but finally go around to do doing this. Have been wanting to do one sine they came out, but had no idea of what to do for decals, until buying an inkjet printer and making my own up. It's a resprayed McCormick CX105, with a few added details and I personally think that I've got it pretty close to the real tractor, but please let me know what you think. Cheers, Will ;)
  15. Not sure about that to be honest. Didn't think Manitou had to diversify into matters such as that. \ But Claas definatly were Sandersons.
  16. No mate, doing A levels for two years then off to Ag college/ uni. What have you got planned then?
  17. How's that then? John Deere bought the manufacturing rights off Matbro, so a JD telehandler is a green matbro with a sexed up rear. Whereas a NH are old Sanderson's. So John is spot on with his choices.
