  11. You've reminded me Paul, there was also a gold Deutz Agrotron with Welger trailer aswell as the newish gold Fendt and 711 and 411 ;)
  12. There a nice set FP, well worth the ?10 I paid GandM for them. The yellow and black one makes a good bomford look-a-like :D
  13. That's the ones Paul. They also did a blue colored Krampe Tridem, but that was ages ago. Also all the Unimogs that come out last year and the stubble cultivators in yellow and black and Lemken blue. Will have to go off and have another think now :D :D
  14. Couldn't see the Siku Limited Edition Lamborghini Traction 240 and Same 265 in any of your posts, also they did various versions of the Amazone UG sprayer in blue and white. I have in my collection a Rabe drill with red hopper cover that I haven't seen before so that could be one aswell ;) Nath
  15. A fellow contractors McCormick MTX 140 with a flat trailer full of drainage pipes. I'm still muck spreading in the same fields as before, so have hardly been on the road at all :'( :'( :'(
  16. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get any of the sledge and baler Sean, bloody hedge cutter took longer than I thought to fix, had an extremely stuck ram and extremely stuck lever to free up > I'll get you some though if I go down there again this week, sorry for mucking you around \ ;)
  17. I agree 100% on bales being handy for feed rations etc. I've baled wholecrop barley and wheat before with the Welger RP and agree it's very easy to bale. Just suffered from slight grain loss, with the pickup bashing it about a bit. Never knew you could bale maize straight out of the field though, doesn't the Claas struggle chopping 8ft of maize and how the hell does the Quadrant pick it up?? Some info on that would be great, sounds very interesting. I just can't see how the Vredo will catch on. I remember Orkel did something similar with the stationary short fibre baler/wrapper that never really progressed into something big like everyone said it would and I would say the Orkel looks a better machine than the Vredo. If you think about it there both trying to bale wood shavings in effect, which I would say is nigh on impossible, you need some force to compact them enough so they keep there shape, but then you have to cart them from the field and then stack them where they could lose there shape even more. Just my humble opinion that, I suppose time will tell on whether the Vredo takes off or not, I'm guessing the latter option unfortunately \ \
  18. Feed Sean, dairy cows love maize silage etc ;) I personally can't see this Vredo maize baler working at all, it's nigh on impossible to bale the stuff with it being so short. Will also be extremely costly to run, the amount of wrap each bale has is crazy and at ?50+ a roll of wrap :o I'd say you get about 2 to a roll :D ;)
  19. Are they still dropping the bales of on the plastic mats, to stop the maize stalks from puncturing the wrap ???
