I am currently working on a Teagle BL10 bag lifter to fit the Teagle XT48 fertiliser spreader I made recently. The lifter could probably be adapted fit other spreader models too.

A straw rick would be stunning. On my layout I have a 1/32 scale binder and harvest long stem wheat straw to supply the local thatcher! I haven't attempted any thatched buildings or ricks myself.

A farming neighbour of mine was still thatching his straw ricks in the early 1970s. I do like to see thatch.

Totally agree. You get clowns with zero positive feedback bidding silly money with no intention of ever paying for the item. I have been bid against several times by people like that. A few days later the item is listed again as the bidder didn't pay. If I was a seller I wouldn't accept bids unless the bidder had at least 20 positive feedbacks.

I contacted Cheffins and pointed out that their online catalogue was pretty naff. In several cases the description of the lot did not match the accompanying picture. They thanked me for pointing it out and have sorted it out now! I will be bidding on a few models.

True story - back in the days when we used to have a small dairy herd our cousin came to stay and when my mum brought out the milk for the breakfast table our cousin said she didn't want that, she wanted "proper milk" from a bottle.

Well they signed off the UK MF65 and that was a heap of steaming doo dah.
