  1. My collection showing mostly Siku limited edition stuff
  2. I have found what I think is a suitable bucket to get cast up to fit the quick hitch, also have plans for a silage fork and a twin bale spike.
  3. Nice work Ian,That looks really impressive I can't wait to see that all painted up at Spalding.I guess the protype is plastic but the production model will be a mix of white metal and resin, prehaps even a real wood floor that would be really cool.
  4. Basically you can legaly go up to 3m wide before a load becomes 'notafiable' where you fax the council and the police of the route you plan to use. When a load becomes outsize or overweight you then operate under special goods rules.Ever noticed the STGO CAT 2 plates on the front of low-loaders 'special types goods order' All good stuff hey!!
  5. I drive a low-loader for a living my Nooteboom trailer is 8'4" wide. When I make trailers I generally make them 80mm wide. Cheers Paul
  6. Old Ford,I picked up one of those set's today and I will look at making a grain bucket and a silage fork,I think with the fork on and the tractor fitted with terra tyres it would make a nice silage clamp machine!!!What other attachments would you like to see?
  7. OK NATHAN IF YOU CAN GET A PICTURE OR TWO OF IT THAT'LL BE GREAT. CHEERS PAUL
  8. I WILL GET ONE OF THOSE AND LOOK AT CASTING A MUCK/SILAGE FORK AND A GRAIN BUCKET.I NEED TO KNOW THAT THERE WILL BE ENOUGH INTEREST.ANY ONE ELSE INTERESTED? P.S THE WHEELS LOOK GOOD ON THAT TRAILER. NATHAN I'LL DO THE DEERE IF THE JOB'S STILL THERE>(EMAIL ME DIRECT)
  9. IS THE BALE HANDLER DIE-CAST OR PLASTIC,IF METAL PREHAP'S IT COULD BE CAST TO A BUCKET.

    New Merlo telehandler

As a full time job I drive a lowloader for a plant hire firm,we have ten Merlo roto's (the name say's it all )The model showen is a 40.25(4ton lift and 25m reach)ours are smaller 30.16 (3ton lift and 16m reach) we find people love them as there's much less shunting about on site.
  11. Here's a link to the German ebay site with a picture of the Siku Deutz Fahr trailed foragr harvester, hope this helps! http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=87318&item=6964631949&rd=1

  17. I havn't done one before but I have Claas paints and a man who makes my stickers,I could repaint a Britains Krone into a Claas Quadrant 2100,if that sounds O.K .email direct to order. Cheers Paul(pdcfarmmodels.co.uk)
  18. Brian if you go to my website click on models, then John Deere and scroll down to the bottom you'll see a JD6910 I made some time ago.It is made from two ERTL JD6410's (to obtain the extra length)and has wheels and other details from a Siku 6920S it came out very well but worked out very expensive. www.pdcfarmmodels.co.uk
  19. Hey guy's all this praise will have to stop I won't get my head through the workshop door to make anything else!! seriously though I just had the website updated with more pictures take a look. www.pdcfarmmodels.co.uk
  20. I found the 1455 on farmphoto and a link to the sellers site www.cethena.com The price of 100euro's is OK but obviously the model is not very authentic more a representation of the real thing.
  21. That IH 1455 was for sale at the Zwolle show at the end of last year. The guy makes a transkit using the UH McCormick MTX175 as a base then he supplies resin cab and bonnet.I belive he sold them built up or as kits. SorryI don't have any more information but search farmphoto and there may be a link to his website!
  22. Just to settle the argument gents the wheels I put on the Abbey spreader were Tim wheels from the red and green Agriliner trailer,I do lot's of conversions using Tim mowers and often buy sets which include the trailer but you can buy tractor and trailer or tractor and Joskin tanker sets for around ?7.As for tandem axle rotaspreaders if you look at my website(badly in-need of updating) you will see a tandem axle Fraser Muckmaster based on the Ertl model but with working balance beam suspension,I sold this at Spalding last year but can make more as supplies of the old spreader become available.I will no longer make Abbey spreaders as TractorGA as rights to make them, altough I do find some of his criticisms unfair as the spreader had a realistic start price and I do not dictate the final selling price.
