robertw1
It is a sham because I have a hell of a loft space above my bedroom but 1 you cant get to it that easy and 2 it would need a lot of work to get it habitable. :'(
robertw1
Question Do you think that 1 I should build the dividing wall like this?(solid full hight wall) Or 2 build it like this with a fence?(same hight as the one next to it but with a set of railings ie.old road crash barrier) The road barrier. michael6270
i would say the one with the fence across the top would be best but the solid wall would be easier to make and still look good

robertw1
Yer I use this stuff. It says on the packet to water it down 5 time but I find its to weak so I dilute it about 2 to 3 times.

Deere-est
Really coming on here, you're putting a lot of very fine handy work into your layout. Really giving me some inspiration into getting my Leverets Farm up and farming again!
robertw1
Thanks have you got any pics of your farm?
robertw1
The farm has a ewe in the shed back at the yard that has gone down with twin lamb so we went to get some small bales instead of braking into a round one. The dogs have seen something. Rabbit! Too slow. Picking the bale. Using the snacker as a foot hold. Wound down the window to the dogs delight. robertw1
Some progress Laying the last of the sand. The frame. I think that over £6 for an empty bottle to apply static flock if **** ridicules so I thought that I would have a go at making one. One simple tomato ketchup bottle, I just cut out the little valve and sanded the hole to make it round. I have then just cut out a blank to fit in the hole. Using a hot glue gun I've stuck it in. And have drilled 4 holes in it.
Philsterrainstudio
Excellent layout - good eye for detail - check out a few model railway mags/youtube, country walks etc to get more ideas the info is there. Have you tried dry brushing yet? My art teacher used to say to me " Draw what you see - not what you see". That is the golden rule I always follow - "build what you see - not what you see".
