One farm one year DVD

Ok here is another shameless plug for a DVD. ;D I felt it was justify to notify everyone of a proper farming program. Ever felt you were being treated as a numpty when watching a farming dvd? Or shown a bunch of looney's going like hell for no reason? Well this program is different. It gives thorough information (through the very pleasant voice of David Holt) about farming in detail. In my opinion it is simply the best farming DVD done since we've invented tellie. End of that. It's in two parts and one cannot go without the other. Decently priced to and never a dull moment in it. Covers both arable, contracting, grass and cows so interesting for everyone. Both classic and modern tractors as well (from 30 to 300 hp), beet harvesters, combines you name it. First part here: https://www.oldpond.com/acatalog/one-farm-one-year-jan-aug.html and second here: https://www.oldpond.com/acatalog/one-farm-one-year-aug-dec.html

Sadly there is no preview clip to give you a taste of what it's like but trust my opinion ^-^ There are plenty of pictures from the ongoing action:

I don't gain anything from telling you this but I like watching farming DVD's and get annoyed with the amount of cr#p that is released each year. I'd like to point you in the right direction! ;) And in case your interested in combine harvesters especially there is a third volume coming out this spring from the same maker: http://rogergsmith.typepad.co.uk/publishing_days/2014/01/combine-harvesters-part-3-2010-13-new-dvd-by-chris-lockwood-advance-information.html

Glad to hear I am not the only one that takes a big liking to them! 8) £30 for the pair you can't go wrong on them! And if your not pleased I will refund the money...

..Ok I did not say that. ;D:of

Exactly Paul, my problem as well. There is an abundance of dvd's about these days. More than you could have ever hoped for (like models really) as it's so 'easy' and cheapish to do your own small production. Some makers have a talent, others don't or at least I don't understand it. If 100 DVD's are launched annually and 75 are bad (in my opinion) it's difficult to find the little gems! I think this is one but I can understand if some people might find it to detailed and a tat boring. If your looking at loads of horsepower with a big stack of smoke flying across a field speaking in an understandable dialect this DVD is not for you.

Well said, it's abit like showing the girls on the school bus your bum....it was good for a laugh once but really once is enough.
