Tractorman810 Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 hi bill do you know if the uk arm are planning to re-intorduce a massey ferguson back into the line up,we fergy fans are feeling a little left out with all the green and blue, they are a very popular brand in europe, and the states i belive Quote
FB Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 just to add, some nice big new versions, not re-released if you can help it?, something similar to the siku range but better :) Quote
GARETHS MODELS Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 what about something a bit different.... a zetor maybe, or the new hurlimanns that none of the other model makers are making [not even ROS] , or something by Landini....or anything thats not a deere or a CNH! Ga Quote
Andy Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 Britains only tend to release models that have a good market share for the uk in the real world so zetors and hurliamanns would be a big ask I think as there are not many tearing about in our fields. Although a special low number production model perhaps would be feasibile? Quote
Pingu Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 I would definatly want more massey tractors they are a bit thin on the ground at the moment Quote
Bill Walters Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 Thanks for the comments. You know I can't talk about any new projects in the works that we haven't already announced to the OEM dealers. I'm not responsible for the marketing of models in the UK or Europe, just North America. Bill Quote
Tractorman810 Posted July 21, 2005 Author Posted July 21, 2005 cheers for that bill,if i read in between what you said there, there might be something on the way me thinks, wish wish, dream dream Quote
edd-1 Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 whats the position of running a britains historic tractors collection and re-issue some of the best models ever produced by the company ie mf 135 ford 5000 etc, im sure the demand is there and they could demand a premium price as collection piece. ps metal , not that resin rubish Quote
