Did "dad's tractors" make sheds as well ?   Sure I remember him making sheds fuel tanks and the trailers and what not    I'd love a trailer one day

no that was his friend, george poole? i think was his name, i got a couple of grain silos of him, and my water tower on the layout. all made from card and other bits. very nice stuff , wish i could have afforded his barns and other bits at the time. really nice guy to talk to, very helpful in advising how to make stuff yourself

I've got a Dad's Tractors Ferguson A (Ferguson Brown) on steel wheels and another on rubbers. They were limited editions but production ceased early, so there was never a full run. I think someone said it was because of a dispute over the ownership of the casting moulds or something. I also have a Dad's Tractors fuel bowser on rubber tyres - mine is a red oxide colour.

I’ve heard them mentioned before, but not actually seen any pics of them

i nearly went for the twin axels, they didnt have grain tops though, both were just the drop side height , there was also one of the high tips that smithy has posted . do wish i had got a derv bowser, but they still come up from time to time.
