Tractorman810
just hammered the council guy, been a good hr long meeting, only reason they can now give for a so called health and saftey issue is its not lit?? not our problem as we have now confirmed the path is council owned and maintained, so guess whos at fault for the current problems, guys gone of with his tail between his legs, huffing and puffing, as it turns out the whole estate is this way, and they didnt know it, ooopppssss :D :D, now looking at a big bill, and action being taken, as we have proved within our deeds that our bins can only be at the rear of our property, in the service lane, as its called, and to top it off they have just sent the same letter to the whole estate ,as he confessed trying to save 5 mins per block in them not walking down the path, lazy sods
