AndyB
Hello all, managed to pick up an early Britains Muck Spreader from a car boot today with the bonus of having the original belt on it. It has already started to go the way they usually do, in perishing. Has anyone an idea as to how i might slow or stop this process other than keeping it out of sunlight etc., and using anti ageing cream from the wife's collection!!! NIGEL FORD
in tha dark in talcum powder I was told,- anything rubber! I just move mine round occassionally so the stretched ends are changed from time to time.I've never bothered to take them off, perhaps when I eventually find mine when I get the collection out, they will have cracked through! Goodhead
would be good to be able to get them as a spare. I had 3 of them spreaders. bands went on all 3. I think they got chucked away.
