No offence Gav, but some of the stuff in the background looks extremely interesting.  :)

None taken John, thats one yard where you need a good couple of hours to wander round to see everything, must be 3+ acres of "usable" machinery and another acre of breakers :)

I bet your mind was in 1.32 overdrive on the way home Gav ;D ;D

It was before I went round his yard, it's now even worse Paul :D :D

Very nice pictures Gav......That 8210 is just  :P......Is that a Ford Loader behind the Teagle chopper too mate?  :) :) ;)

I thought that you would like that Mart, and it is indeed a Ford shovel there ;)

nice pics Gav....whats a band sprayer, a front mounted thing?? :-\ :-\

that one goes on the back and is basically an inter row sprayer, puts a "band" of herbicide between rows of sugarbeet or similar

What a collection of gems...should be undercover :'(

Nice unimog in the background

Any more of the Sands SP sprayer, i'm trying to work out where the engine sits? ??? has it been moved forward under the cab?

i have a leaflet on it somewhere. If its like the later ones it sits behind the cab in front of the tank ;)

FYI: a band sprayer sprays a band of herbicide along the rows of beet or whatever, and an inter-row cultivator (steerage hoe) is then used to kill any weeds in the furrows between the plants, the idea being to save on herbicide in the days when it was more expensive than it is now ;)
