Tax/ Tax disc holders

OK guys, first of all do tractors have tax discs  \ It's just i have a range of pictures and some do and some don't and the particular tractor im trying to make perfectly has one so how could i make one in 1/32 .. was thinking maybe find a picture and shrink it  \ Maybe a decal expert could do a couple  \

I'll leave that with you guys an interesting concept 

( P.S. Can anyone properly tell me the story of tax discs in tractors? )

Perhaps should be posted in 'hints and tips'-- but the decals I make and print on label paper, I find that if you use the tip of a very very pointed small craft knife/scalpel blade to lift the backing paper off by turning the tax disc/decal backing paper side up and just sort of ***** the paper at an angle close to the edge and lift, this seperates it perfectly. I must admit though, with something as small as a tax disc, very fiddly.

You're right Tim - I did try with a craft knife and because they are sooooooo tiny, it's difficult not to damage the plastic film, especially as it's quite difficult to actually see where you're putting it - hence the use of nails!

whats about doing them on water slide decal paper, the clear one, ,you can just seal them in smaller blobs that way ,so they sould just slide of the backing paper then???
