Lord Ferguson
I was going to do some like grahams Hand drawn ones to match the barns graham made for me Great idea Mike... In that case.... I don't know what type of paint to use :D - I'd try emulsion (matt) I reckon... at least it dries quickly... so you can apply a few coats... Mike R
the smaller building I was going to store the silage in it should it have a higher back on it ? or should I leave it open ?
Tractorman810
depends ,if will it be one with the ramp behind ?? if not all the barns i have seen dont seem to have high back to them like that, may be yorkshire boarding to stop the wind/ rain, but not to stop sialge coming out
Mike R
I thought it would need some ventilation ?

noel
I love the brick effect on the first shed, is that stick on paper or did you do it yourself? It finishes the sheds off nicely. keep up the great work Noel
Mike R
Noel No its the plastic brick walling in the Britains farm building set modified to fit my barn gates and feeders are grahams and the britains barn set cost me ? 7 each set

Jez
the smaller building I was going to store the silage in it should it have a higher back on it ? or should I leave it open ? I would leave it then the man with the buck rake can get right up to the back to roll it with out worrying about hitting anything........ Wind, rain, doesn't really affect sialge and silage needs to be sealed and not be able to breath or it will spoil... ;D Looks excellent byt the way mate. Love the cattle shed! Big A
looking good, thats along the same lines as i was thinking for the britains sheds. those feed barriers look very smart.
Deere-est
Looking goooooooooood!!!!!!!!!!! Re: the silage barn Mike - I would leave the hieght as it is but put a rail with posts along the top of it, say 1 inch above the wall or so. It is a legal requirement to have rails around silage pits now. Wouldn't want the 1/32 Police to come after you!!
