Yeah the kramer parts are quite expensive its a pity david brown didnt use the carrero on the 1410 rather than the kramer which are a sh'*t axle.Does this 1410 still drive or not?does it run?I have an idea what the problem is my father's 1690 hit a pole two summers ago finnish this later

I have a 1979 1210 4wd with the Kramer MK2 front axle, tractor is in a bit of a state cosmetically but has a brand new engine in it. Front axle UJ's are knackered and yes, the parts are expensive. I was quoted 4 years ago ?800 a side from CNH but are a bit cheaper direct from Kramer as they still keep the parts for these axles on the shelf. If you're looking for bits contact Kramer, they are in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, telephone number 01782 361791. They call themselves ICP Kramer Industrial & Construction Plant Limited.

What the farmers journal?? cool! does it say anything about it?? ;D

It must be yours with the 2 air cleaners :D - yep Farmers Journal near the back with a 1000 or 1100 gallon red Major/Connor tanker - it just says Farmers are taking advantage of spreading slurry 8)
