civilpek
those dumpers will turn over in the blink of an eye, usually its just the skip that goes and its designed so no damage will be done normally but different story when the whole lot goes, so what happened there? to me it looks like he was going too fast and mounted the verge? my boss has had a few go over on their sides over the years, sometimes when tipping big rocks they can get caught in the back of the skip when its tipped up and send the whole lot over on her side, my friend was driving one day and this happened, whole front of the dumper swung around up in the air and the front (cab) part ended up hanging over a cliff edge where they were building a sea wall! he had to break the side window to get out

Tractorman810
it was on a resurfaced road ha ha! they are putting warning signs up on new roads now, as loads are having problems with grip after resurfacing, according the the highways inspector i was speaking to, they think its because they now use recycled asphalt which is worn already so has no sharp edges to the stones, hence no grip,

Tractorman810
browns makin more budget cuts then ha ha! no its to do with councils having to make recycling targets ripped up road surface counts as landfill otherwise, they just bought a purpose built road going unit so they can do the recycling onsite for small patches/jobs down here in cornwall
