Interesting, never seen a goat milking parlour before. here is some wuaestions for you!

What is the trade like?

Who buys/markets the milk from/for you?

Which shelves does it end up on?

theres a farm at Weathersfield that milks sheep ,they can,t make enough cheese , ice cream and yoghurt ,most of it goes to london tp eating place,s

Never seen goats milked on this scale before. There is a farm near Maud in Aberdeenshire that has just sold that had a parlour for sheep and a cheese making area.

About 300 acres but there is no need for all that now we have gone out of cows.

Its about 50p a litre - it goes to york to be bottled and made into yogurt. It appears at morrisons sainsburys etc
