We have a safety initiative where the guys get a bonus if they get commended for good health and safety practices.Offer money and they will do anything!!!! Lots of dodgy stuff though like 2 metre deep holes with no barriers around them Yeah out here the cherry pickers are something else they have to keep starting the engines on them as they start to go down as they cannot maintain hydraulic pressure. Scary when you are in one and you come to rest on a pipe support They use lots of newer gear over here now, lots of CAT, KOMATSU, VOLVO and FERMEC.
