Beautiful day up here in Scotland - was passing through South Lanarkshire and stopped to get some shots of some silaging work near Biggar.  Managed to get some pretty good photographs, but the sun was a bit of a nuisance (!) being in the wrong place for some shots I had planned.  David the contractor was very obliging and enabled me to get some otherwise tricky shots.  Thanks!

The best mowing photos I have seen this year  ;D

Cracking photos James! And what a set up! Some nice angled shots. If the mower was a bit cleaner you'd think they were shots from a sales brochure!

One thing ???

He has big enough sign writing on his tractor and no telphone number ::):D

Gotta say, the sunshine, the blue sky and that lush dark green grass do make for some lovely shots. Proper job and a good find on your travels too.  :)

it wasnt a request, it was a pleasing response, as the post was modified, also it was mainly put there as a reminder to others ;)

Some excellent shots as normal from you James... keep them coming

I was a bit confused for a minute when reading through the post... I thought Tris was up in Scotland for the photoshoot ;D ;D

Thanks guys, yes, it was mowing at a fair speed which made taking some of the shots a challenge (and I needed to have my wits about me!)  ;D
