  1. I am not sure that it is, I think it was just a tire he was holding.
  2. or use the text option in paint, when done click image and then invert colours and voilÃ
  3. No I left them blue, I tried to stay as true to the original as I could.
  4. I have the lying down mechanic, no torch though. He was minus all of his paint when I got him so I gave him a makeover:)
  5. I doubt it, UH make a Fordson Major and an MF35X in 1:43, 1:32 & 1:16.
  6. and also a lot of military modelling is done in 1:35 scale as well.
  7. Location also plays a factor with 1/64 being the favourite in North America followed by 1/16. 1/32 is not as easy to find over here but it is becoming a bit more popular. Funny though that for toy soldiers 1/32 is the norm.
  8. Cheers Sean, I remember seeing it now! Memory must be slipping :'( ;D
  9. Sean what is the unpainted building with the double doors in the first pic? Is it new, don't remember seeing it before.
  10. The arks look great Sean, infact the whole layout does. You have come a long way since you first started Ashtree !!
  11. I googled English farmhouse and seems a lot of them tend to be pretty plain in design with 3 windows across the second floor and then on the ground floor window door window. Some have a side extension and some have one on the back.
  12. He is a mod on the forum tractorman810. I am sure he will respond.
  13. You got it Tim and I am sure at some point these bits will turn up at a show or on eBay.
  14. Nice pickup and in the second picture the piece you are using is actually the hayloft floor section. This building never had a back, so all you need now is the support and the ladder Happy Hunting and regards the building for a tenner, Yeah you should of picked it up :'( Here is the set in question
  15. FANTASTIC Sean !!!!!!! Those matts are great and certainly do the job. I have one that I use for my Zulu layout.
  16. I don't see any type of saw. Perhaps they are manly men and use their bare hands to snap the trunks off at the base.
  17. My Britains milk tanker is the same but the cab (metal) is white and the tank (plastic) is yellow.
  18. Sorry to hear that Marky, Mum & Dad just lost their Standard Poodle on Sunday morning. He wandered all the way down into the basement to die. Dad followed him down at 2am and was with him. He was 9 which I guess isn't bad for a dog his size. His mum had to be put down last week (my Aunt owned her) she was 13. It's been a bugger of a week animal wise They still live on in spirit though as I have his son/her grandson.
  19. There have been brand new models boxed that have arrived broken. So I don't fully buy that theory. For me if it has a box fine but no biggie if it doesn't. The boxes just get stored anyway and I buy my collection for me, not for resale or as an investment.
  20. They were given names Scottish Blackface, Welsh Mountain, Suffolk and Charolais.
  21. These also made a white faced version of this sheep. I guess for us younger collectors this series was the "Herald" of our times. The animals really were nicely done. The only exsisting animals from that range are the Thouroughbred horses, foals, lambs, calves and the 2 horses in the heavy horse pack. Shame really
  22. You won't find them for sale retail as Britians cancelled them years ago. I think they came out in 92/93 not sure when they were pulled. The lambs are still available however. They went back to these
  23. ALl came together nicely Mark. Those willow trees look pretty darn good too !!
  24. Surely there has to be a product in the UK, just need to find out what you guys call it over there.
