  3. Sorry couldn't resist it has been a while 5ft 6 eh? A veritable GIANT Tris as my dad is shorter than you. :of
  4. Don't know for sure but according to the caption in the catalogue I would imagine some type of box. It says with each set there is a different building to collect (I assume you cut it out of the box and assemble.)
  5. He stands roughly 54mm tall not including the base.
  6. Yep it was £6.99 for 92 pages now £9.99 for 164 pages, plus it says 200 colour photos. I think the first edition had nowhere near that amount so all in all not a bad price.
  7. I'll send some of our sunshine over to you, it has been a scorcher this last couple of weeks. Things are good on this side of the pond, not much new with my farm models (still have them all though ) have kind of shifted over to toy soldiers for the moment.
  8. You must have known I would be viewing today Martin. Very nice, hope all is well with you.
  9. I agree it's a marriage of two models. Look how worn the chassis is compared to the dumper. If they were together as new the dumper would show more signs of wear also. Still a good pickup though.
  10. Here is the link to the weather projected for the next two weeks. Thank god I have central air conditioning, as these are the actual temps, the humidity has to be factored in making it feel even warmer :'( http://www.theweathernetwork.com/fourteenday/caon0759?ref=qlink_st_14day
  11. Very nice HO/OO scale is great as you can get quite a large farm in a small amount of space. Looking forward to seeing it develop.
  12. This.......... While not particularly humorous the story is. We just had an Earthquake here in Ontario and this was a photo from the aftermath. Here is the caption added by the press. Ian Vallance, a lawyer and partner with Victor Ages Vallance, wearing only a borrowed suit jacket, stands outside his office building at 112 Lisgar. My question is why he had to borrow a jacket? did he go to work naked? and if not where are his clothes? I hope if he is married his wife doesn't see this photo HAHA
  13. Very nice Mandy, love the guy with the flat cap and scarf !!
  14. Ash Tree farm is looking pretty smart Sean. It has really developed over the years.
  15. That certainly seems like an option PW, any information you could provide would be much appreciated.
  16. Thanks David, Heading over there now. I figured that shipping maybe a hassel. It is a friend on my mothers who is looking. He wants to try and get breeds from the country of origin. I don't really know why I think he thinks they are better? As long as the breed standard is adhered to it shouldn't matter should it? Cheers Scott
  17. Wondering if anyone can help me I am looking for a breeder of show fowl. Looking for pigeons, chickens and ducks (aylesbury). I am looking for a friend who wants to import then over here to Canada for breeding and showing. Thanks Scott
  18. We are supposed to hit 31C here today !! that's without the humidex

  21. Here is a website that maybe of interest http://www.thetoybox.4t.com/ Richard is a great guy to deal with and I have bought quite a few pieces from him over the years. He is a little on the expensive side but does have those rare and hard to find items.
