The power harrow doesnt tip all tractors up.? Because we have replaced the die cast deutz parts with britains parts which arent as heavy, that is why the power harrow is tipping the model up.
;)
Well done on a very nice model
-
Thanks Steve, thats a big help.?

Does anyone know which set this is??
From my records I can tell you that its a gift set containing an MF 3680,New Holland 940 baler,Mini trailer, farm labourer,5 animals and 2 fences .It was issued in 1994 and put into a banded rainbow box .Hope this helps .

Thats a nice tractor Ricky .I am affraid Iam not very 'with it' regarding new models .
\
Is it Britains based if you don't mind me asking ?
-
I like those 3 Masseys with the big trailers .
I must admit I have began to like the new stuff more since I have seen the newer models on the forum .
-
Thanks for sharing Steve, you have a talent for this converting lark like so many others? members, I`m with Ben too I also see an improvement? in your newer models , that`s not to say that this one isn`t a doosie? too? tho , excellent job........................My talents must lie elsewhere ....not sure where yet?
........ because they can`t begin to keep up with the skill that abounds on here
John
Thanks John ,I didn't realise how much people would like them or I would have shown them at Tractor World .
My mate who bought them off me keeps telling me to take them to a show but when I see the work of others I don't think mine will be good enough .I suppose like all things they will appeal to some and not others .
Cheers

No i tried a couple of times and gave up?
You could put a new post up for DT or TM, they would know for sure?
Yes thats a good idea cheers
-

Thank you Marcus ,I wish I could find an easier way of fitting the Q cab
\
Its a right old fiddle ,perhaps there isn't an easy way .

It's about 7 months overdue & will come out as a ROADLESS Ploughmaster 65 first (for which I have permission).
Evening Nigel ,good news to hear re the Roadless .Whilst we are on the subject of permission how do the likes of me stand building these conversions ?Does it depend on whether you are building to sell or for personal collections ?
-
Very true?
Cant recal seeing one?
I have never seen one
-
65 ! - I was -2 then?
- I would wager that there arn't many of those left in that condition then
You are probably right there .Sometimes I like my models to be as rough as can be .Then you can understand how much fun someone has had playing with them .I look at some of my older ones a think ,I wonder who had this when it was new? was it a birthday present ?Xmas ?
-
Good idea Marky .If I could make resin bits ,I may even be able to build some of the Red Giants !
-
What's the year of manufacture on that baby then 1972
?
Yellow does it for me Udi - That model looks like a real beaut and no mistaking?
I think they are 1965 but only for a very short period before they changed to the blue 5000 Supermajor .
-
Fair play TM that looks the bizz .How easy is it to do this resin moulding ?
I know its probably a bit too involved to describe here but could anyone do it ?
What I am trying to say is ,do you think I would be able to do it ?
-
I'll geta nosebleed if I got that High up Udi?
- I want that model though... now that would convert me to Fords that one?
I would love a genuine one ,I have repainted a blue one for myself but the real thing would be the dogs !
-
Is there any difference between the finished product you are currently working on and this baby Steve
No I am aiming to build the new one the same as this one .
-
Yes thats right Ploughmaster ,a friend of mine has theone on the plinth .
He also has the mounted Wright Rain Irrigator on a plinth and the Kverneland plough in the fancy box .
Hes a lucky fellow .
-
That ploughmasters a lucky boy !
-

-
