  1. Argh you should have bought the lot, Id have made an offer and they would pay silly money on Ebay for even a bad example! Why do the europeans seem to have the most interesting coloured Britains ha ha! Will keep an eye out for older tippers of that mossy shade as they're usually in that darker bluey-green
  2. Amazing to see 6 colour variations of the 1976 single cast roller too, I thought I had them all at 4!
  3. The more modern tippers are that shade I think, but never seen that casting with the white racks and jockey wheel.
  4. The late 135s were all cab-less I think, 1975/77? Although the models are common I think they're increasingly hard to find in the hanger boxes.
  5. Ah right I know Kidner were cutting maize recently as Kemble dairy was short and decided to harvest early. I think Mark and Aaron of Kemble were were working alongside.
  6. Hi Tommy what year was that? Some long runs for the trailers!
  7. Those are awesome shots Joe. Don't see enough MF combines, new and old around here. At Kemble we would sometimes have both 780s in one field if we wanted to chew through one block a day. One evening even saw 5 of us on trailers servicing both combines, with a third contractor combine working nearby and all trailers tipping in one barn.
  8. Most of our wheat and barley straw was chopped. Yesterday was my last day helping out with their harvest.
  9. I was (part) loaded by a plot combine last year.
  10. This was a week or two back, but last bit of raking for the end of first cut silage. Second cut likely to be in 1st week of July. The crop here was so thin it should really have been left for hay.
  11. And these old girls also in Pembrokeshire.
  12. 100s of machines on a very soggy Pembrokeshire Road Run recently.
  13. Bought at Spring Tractorworld in Malvern on Sunday and signed by Sue.
  14. That is unusual. I was sure it only came in the 1965/66 Fordson set, but the stickers didn't start appearing on the muledozer until the 1970s? Perhaps a few remaining stock were sold in early straw boxes.
  15. This is the first time I've successfully logged in for weeks

    At work with Gav

Thanks Gav, I do, and will mention this to the vineyard (although they're more likely to want me to do my trailer test as I have pointedly refused to tow their trailer on the road)

That sounds cheaper than the original 3 day course at least, I forget where I took it now.
