    At work with Gav

The owner has been promising to pay for two of us to do this course for the last 2 years now (amongst other courses), but nothing has materialised as per usual. otherwise id take up the offer if I could afford it. im keeping money aside for my telehandler renewal which I think will be more useful generally.

Pa3 would be useful to have as I use air assist sprayers at the vineyard
  4. Offloading a 12,000 litre wine storage tank at the farm then back down to the unit to load up a destemmer.
  5. I've moved into a new flat on a farm recently bought by the vineyard I work part-time for. It's starting to look more homely since taking delivery of a 3 seat leather sofa yesterday but still need to sort out phone/broadband, washer drier and blinds.
  6. On a short break in Wales for now following along stint landscaping. When I return it's back to the vineyard and moving into a new flat.
  7. Using a Manitou to lift down a 1.5 tonne swing tail and 1 tonne dumper from a garden bank, which I am helping to prevent falling into a large brook. Having real problems with it this time so glad to off-hire the thing.
  8. 50 series Deere (3050?) passing by the house (too quickly for me to grab my camera).
  9. Big improvement Mark. Where did you get the services panel from?
  10. Ah yes this is where most of my collection lives, although in big cardboard boxes where they remain after I moved house. Not so easy to pack away safely when they're un-boxed I've found.
  11. This is a superb assortment you're building up Cyril. Great to see your sp Jaguar/Kemper more or less intact, very little of my childhood collection made it through to today!
  12. L200 running smoothly post service (new front pads, air filter, oil changed, bottom belt no longer squeaks) plus starts first time after I fit 4 new plugs. I hope they last as weren't cheap. I also had it cleaned inside and out before coming to Wales, but might be getting it dirty again tomorrow
  13. 5 days after they were shot I've eventually got around to plucking a pair of pheasants.
  14. Yesterday I was given a brace of pheasants by my new landlord, plump ones too.
  15. I can remember kits like these, at least a similar version for children.Mine were dinosaur skeletons and I recall having enormous trouble getting the wooden parts to slot together as instructed (I was about 7 or 8 at the time). I don't think mine were glued together though.
  16. Thanks Sue, I really don't know how much of my collection will see the light of day in the new flat yet as I haven't measured the space, but I've packed 20 large (30cm/45cm) boxes in a similar time period. Not got a huge amount of figures and animals and they don't take up much room, so they may be first to be released!
  17. Nearly completed boxing up my collection to go into storage, and eventually my new flat in December.
