I got mugged on Amazon for £40 and found out that I'm one day too late to file a claim (stupidly I sat on it vainly hoping my item would arrive). At least I've learnt to always read feedback before hitting "buy", even on Amazon.

Encouraging to read this good news about tractor manufacturing in the UK, thanks Chris.

Indead it is
I go here on occasion for bits and bobs, and although I take the odd photo, I feel a bit guilty wandering around the machines with a camera, especially as I have no intention (and certainly no means) of buying any of their beautiful machinery!

woke up this morning, mate txed me about a tractor in local plant sale on I buyer, sounded cheap, and it was, got it bought! looked like a IH 3434 air compressor and loader, after digging might be a whitlock, think it may have been a good day all round (apart from now when i told my fiancee ive bought another tractor)
Pics please! I don't think I've ever heard of a Whitlock

Lovely shots of todays work there Paul. Ever considered rigging up your camera in the cab to capture some of the sounds etc?

I'm not usually overly fond of Siku models, but from the front at least that's the match of any UH Massey I've seen and the "extremities" really set the model off nicely
I was also shocked to read the "D" word, I hope it's not the Type 2 form is it Paul?
