  1. Yeah I do like the look of that 40E would look even better with a cab. The 50 looks as if its been very well restored, surely that was not under £3000 was it? Is the 40 a three or four cylinder?
  2. I noticed the step in the normal place, I think thats just a carry over from the uncabbed version shown in the picture, the only other way I can see in is if you open the windscreen as they do on that type of cab and possibly pull the section out that looks like a bit of Tarp with press studs just above the step, would seem an awful lot of trouble to go to though. Remeber the JCB's you had to get in through the sliding window.
  3. I think you climb in from the back, over the hitch, nice and safe!!
  4. Going to have to make sure I get there nice and early to pick up one of these beauties.. .., I hope they are not sold out before I get there, they should be limited to one model per person, Spalding less than 40 miles door too door though so no excuse for not being first in the queue.
  5. Great photo's Mark, what a lovely location to be working, thats a big septic tank, Barfords are the best dumpers in my opnion.
  6. He will probably learn more there than he will at school... ;D Hope he has a good time
  7. You should not call it the council tax, I still call it the Poll tax as its the same thing with a different name, the government thought they could hoodwink us by changing the name. Robbing barstewards. >
  8. I must agree, its brilliant, the attention to detail is top draw, has it got the appropriate 1/35 scale oil leak aswell
  9. Didn't notice it was a sweet wrapper until you said, that idea works very well
  10. It is for the american market, everything is BIG, including the tractor cabs.
  11. That looks stunning although I have to agree with sacha, the field does look like its just been drilled, I have often thought how good would it be to have room to make the fields to scale, now I know what it would look like.
  12. Looks great a nice conversion, the Americans do make their tractors looks a bit strange though.
  13. Looks good, if a little bit nose high, constructive critisism you understand
  14. The Beachmaster is a rare looking tractor, Im assuming its for lugging boats about?
  15. Just got back from taking my son Jack out on the quad in the big field up dad's, soaked through and blue hands does not even begin to describe me, Jack loved it though
  16. Impressive collection, obviously a completist, maybe some side shots would be nice
  17. I say stick with what you know, the grass is always greener on the other side, till you get there ;D . Although a 6465 is a bit bigger than the 4270 isnt it?
  18. Keep it up Noel, we all had to start somewhere, although I cant imagen trying to build up my collection again if anything happened to it, I must get it insured. Some nice items you have there.
  19. That set up is magnificent, a few pounds worth of Brushwood buildings you have there, that is one big farm, whats the 1/32 acreage?
  20. You want to get your hands on the Britains showjumping set for all those horses, they do pop up on E bay from time to time, usually fetch a few pounds though, set up coming along nicely.
