  1. still recon that by cutting a few bales & gluing to a hollow shell wouldn't look bad

  3. is that why you decorated yours with brambles & nettles smurf ? to give it the natural hedgerow look or is it just an effective & elaborate camoflague thing you got going on , just think you could park against a hedge & stop for a three hour lunch break & nobody would know :D :D :D

  5. can't see how it would possibly work without the center bar really , the downward pressure from the bales above & the pressure from the squeezers , would make the 4 center bales bulge out till they were squeezed out
  6. the other option i spose ,is to commission nmark to build you one ! & still pay through the nose , but word is sean that he's going to be giving all his bestist south west area mates , at toy trac one each, so thats you me & tris sorted ! :D :D
  7. 5; load is backed in around the tight yard ready for unloading 6; while time stops for no man & the field is ploughed over

  9. whitney farm is all down to root & combineable crops , combineable acreage isapprox 200acres of barley & 350 acres of wheat 1; MF 760 harvesting while MF2640 pulls up alongside for unloading 2; the 26 backing the trailer into the grain store
  10. 5 ; another load of barley is about to be tipped in the shed while F-P supervises 6 ;bales being unloaded inton the shed & will be chopped & used as feed , the exess will be sold in the winter
  11. once the harvesters out the baling begins , 3 ; MF 5455 & farmhand baler doing a fine job 4 ; MF 4260 loading bales onto bale trailer hitched to a 390
  12. good start there martin :) & all yer tractor wheels are on the right way round , whitney farm a few years on from the 80's, acreage approx 200 acres of barley & 350 acres of wheat 1 ; harvesting barley is an MF 7278 shown here just finished unloading into the 12t trailer hauled by anMF6180 2 ; grain is barn stored & is seen here being tipped
  13. what about glueing the bales on the outside of a box sean ? fantastic piece of work gone into that . i have used a tanco, cooks & a browns carrier & all these had the center bar at the back, i have also used a 3pt linkage one as well, good kit but needs a fair weight on the front to stop the tractor from dancing around !

  16. BEN numptyfy yourself please :D unless JD are fitting 3pt linkage to their combines for a complete one pass system ! two MF 7480's hauling bales on A3030 not many 74 series masseys about round here , so don't know where they came from
  17. combining crew ? if thats yer motto then maybe you ought to call yerself team martini ! thats what me & another driver were called when driving tankers for gregorys , our two trucks from chard were at the disposeal of 3 other depots , so litterally any where anyplace anytime , the martini drivers !
  18. that & the small layout for 1/32 is a large layoutfor 1 8/7 get lots more acres per sq ft was thinking the same jas !, is it an AEC mandator ? or a leyland super commet as it doesn't have the small upper grill

  21. before now i've wiped a damp cloth over the sheds , then emptied the hoover close by , the dust sticks , then when the sheds are dry , use a paint brush to lightly brush off the exess
