with the introduction of the SQ series 10 tractors the 'ford tractor blue' colour was also changed to a darker shade hence the collectors re-spraying their tractors in the wrong colour \

This is the same plough ,i was visiting another forum i go to & dug up this topic from a poster called snowman & doesn't look like he's had much luck there either so i thought i'd copy over the pics to se if anyone here could help he's had plenty of replies about the OPICO square ploughs but not for this make

does anyone have any info on this type or make of plough ? its a french built SUCO swing plough called either a titan or goliath any info would be much apreciated wether its a website or leaflet many thanks marcus?

yaeh but i was releived from my position by then, I think they ran a few xylons but i don't know how many or for how long. mjb1 is still here but just fancied a change , do i know you eurodeere ?

i didn't say the renaults were rubish ,they just didn't appeal to me ! as for not replaceing them with more fendts I really don't know but i would expect the renault rep gave him a good deal,& like most people you can't always turn a good deal down

biggest problem withe the renault was Air con leaked all over the dash very noisey & too much road bounce& the fact that fendt is the best & nobody likes going backwards do they ? all said the tz - tx was better than the ceres.

have done very little with one & that was hauling a tanker with it so as for field work i can't comment on it

if it's a dairy farm then his milk probably goes to them not called masters is he ?

barbers farms & wyke farms are near Bruton / Evercreech, around the bath & west showground area, so you might of seen a few of their farms signs at the side of the road

i know exactly what you mean McCormick man as have seen some being towed before good to have you back for more than 5 minutes

ifyou are the owner of ?the tractor & it is for your own personal use (not for contracting or for hire )then it's not a requirement ,but if other people are at any time going to drive it then it must have a roll bar else the insurance is void .if ?the person using the tractor (not the owner) he must drive it at his own risk, if he had an accident ,his insurance will not cover him either. this actually happened to a chap a few miles away when he borrowed his neighbours tractor & broke his back when a bale on the trailer he was towing fell onto him

i wouldn't of thought it actually opens or closes, by the looks of it someones had a fine drimmel blade to the oor & t's glued like that permanent

you got to be kidding me they look great , lot better than the britains type

Has any one actually done a two gang convo with the britains KIDD heavy rollers ? as i used to use some TWOSE for rolling grass & maize ground

it would make a good self propeled sprayer as a few manufacturers & conversion specialists are doing this sort of setup

Strange you lot say that as a contrator nearby had a fleet of 8 till he fell out with the dealer , & he was very impressed with them as he'd had SAME for the last 15 years, some of them sounded real beasts as the baffles had rotted out in the exhaust, the only thing the drivers didn't like was that the steering shared the same oil resovior as the back end & if you didn't keep the steering working while tipping a trailer then you'd have no steering . Apart from that, if there was another dealer close by he'd of bought more he now runs Deeres & MF & refuses to go into the SAME dealers yard.

Now thats got to be worth a numpty :D :D
