  4. blimey no , not that new i'm afraid
  5. used to use a 2680 2wd for hedge trimming & there wasnt anywhere it wouldn't go it was that heavy it was greatno need for 4wd at all. mate said it was too slow on the road hauling silage ,but i recon that coz it's a big tractor you expect it to go faster , but i had no problem keeping up with everyone else :)
  6. best combine i drove for hills was an MF 525 (don't laugh) engine right over the front wheels ,no problem we suffered with traction problems with most combines after that
  7. it was good NH2 but gets nowhere near Kentmans skid steer sprayer ,now that was side-splittingly funny :D :D :D
  8. \ phew ,had me going for a moment then :D
  9. Mark you should also check out martins renault moffet ,unfortunately it never left the technical design demonstrator stage you knows i'm only pulling yer leg NH2 :)
  10. what have you done with Thomas :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
  11. not numpty dodging are you Marky ? :D chap near Frome has got one of those ,he's also got a slurry tanker with a bloody great dent in it as well ,as the loader wasn't high enough when he drove through a deep hollow in his field & forgot all about the loader ?\ BANG :D :D :
  12. not so fast there NH2 the comparison was between the 880 & his old 460 not the newer 580, but you may well be right ? let's ask shall we ? whats the 880 like up against the 580 ,gavin ?
  13. WOW now thats a model & a half ? :) well done chaps ,very well done ? :) :) :) well worth ?5.80 :)

    Siku models

it's a real shame some of these sites don't have an language filter for them for conversion to english amongst others \
  17. SAME seem to be in the same bracket as DEUTZ, although DEUTZ is the better of the two ,in that long term users swear by them but the others are biased to what they like anyway, i learned to drive properly on a 135 & although i've not driven a fergie for a while ,if push came to shove then i'd always go red even though i've driven better at times. There arn't many DEUTZ or SAME dealers around our way ,but those who got them very rarely get rid of them.

    Gav's tractors

havn't played monopoly for years very good pic gav :)
  19. been on the tesco web site & didn't find any farm toys ,but i did find out the moderators club house :D :D http://www.tescohs.co.uk/images/elec/thumb/small/12H145.jpg even got a pic of F-P stuck on the door waving? :D :D :D
  20. i don't use them as flotation tyres just low profile tyres mate of mine was stopped by the police a while back for incorrect tyre pressures ,(michelin MX108s) when told that they were meant to look like that the police would'nt beleive him. had to wait nearly 1.1/2 hrs for ATS to get to him to prove to the policeman that the tyres were meant to be like that :
  21. can't beleive i'm going to type this but WOW THATS MEGA :D :D
  22. i think it's more a case of , they want a presision model as the 1/64 is very limited in detail maybe ? it thinf F-P posted a pic some where a while back & it wasn't good . it must be very hard for any model maufacturer to justify the cost of a model that is for ,effectively a specialised market, with a limited sales potential.
  23. not really numptyish , as i've worked places that used to put tyres on in reverse as they don't wear as fast when on roadwork, sounds strange buy it does work
