  1. ;D ya well see blue masseys in ur shelf next, id like to see her fixed up but wouldnt have the patience to do it myself im afraid. besides ive other things on the agenda, want to get a yamah yz 250 for a good while, so thats next on the list if anyone would like a little project for the weekends though there more then welcome to tip away at it
  2. Whats happening to you Marky, wow im actually a little prod of the old girl that she had the power toswin gyour hardened mind
  3. ya she can move alright 0-60 in 5mins no seriously though she is a handy little goer, can have a 4 acre course mowed out in about 2 hours, and thats working in and out and around trees, greens and bunkers and stuff
  4. ya the scenery around here is pretty impressive to be honest, its very popular with tourists! the tractor is handy alright we dont really use her much except in the summer as we have a pitch and putt course so its handy for bringing sand or what ever to the fairways. i know she pretty wrecked now, she was left out all winter as we were doing up a mf 398 in the shed, so it wa sonly in the way! im afraid shell prob only get worse as i cant see anyone doing her up, and its too handy for us to sell as it light for the pitch and putt course so dosnt mark the ground, simple and easy to fix what more cud we want! mite give her a new exhaust though as the old one fell off last summer and got rolled over if we were to sell it, what do you think shed make? its running fine
  5. this baby mows out 7500 acres a year and is a match for any big m
  6. heres our ford 3000 i was on about, shes in need of a little bit love and care im afraid
  7. we use ours for land reclamation work, site clearance and drawin gfrom the quarry
  8. i like the first pic Sean, it is a pretty big tractor in reality and they are often fitted with whel weights so that something to consider, but it wud lok slightly better if you shortened the axel a little. the second pic looks good though if you were making a 3655 for example as it wud be slightly smaller then the 3680
  9. lookin nice tm, the cereas are my personal favourite though, those new ones look "weak" with all the curves
  10. ps i didnt mean the first pictures were bad just that people didnt start posting for a while after it was up and running
  11. great pics guys, after a slow start i thought this topic was a waste of time but my opinion has defidently changed now
  12. yep but they seem to be coming back into it again by the looks of things, the other masseys he dah were all from the 3600 series, which werent as bad but saying that they did give a fair bit of trouble all the same, i remember when i used be younger i used hang around his yard and most days thered be at least two marked up broken down
  13. the salt water has them wrecked, they were doing a job down on a pier not far from my house last year, they had mostly cats one with a long dipper, the dipper was covered in rust from half way down, as well a sthat they had a fairly new cat 320 that got stranded out in the tide one day, water came up as far as the under carage. she was gone within about two weeks because they reckoned she was going to be wrecked with rust after it which she probably would have been
  14. ya word on the street is they werent the most reliable ladies at all which is a pity as they look great, a fela near me had a 6170 but it was plagued with problems too mostly electrical i think and his was bought new, got rid of it half way through the silage season and replaced it with a cs 130, that was the start of things to come, for a guy who had 14 masseys about 6 years ago or so theres not one around there now
  15. john posted me the brochure the other day, will try and put up a couple pics tomorrow of it, ye guys into the older stuff may be interested as these trailers are pretty old probably from the 1950s-1960s
