Busy day today, just having a sit down before I go replenish the wood for the fires.... changed the brake pads on Mrs H's car, managed to extricate myself from having to take the kids to a swimming party, god I hate them, swimming parties that is, not my kids, and then thought I ought to tackle sealing round the windows in the extension, been in 2 years now and the draughts are getting on my pip... All going well til I found I only had one tube of frame sealant, so tackled the insides instead with my flexible friend, gunnable decorators filler...
Hmmmm. DIY SOS?
Got rid of 240 tonnes barley today.

God John, you're so tight, and with all your money too
True.
Like everybody else I'm saving for all these new releases
:D

Been trying to do a NH br round baler.I'm a bit further on now as these were taken over christmas but started building the curved side panels today, and I want to get it finished before uh bring one out
That made me chuckle - perhaps true, though.
;D

Did anyone on the Forum actually buy one of these?
I couldn't get to the shows and my NH dealer has been unable to get me one..........

I voted Wiking too but from JD's point of view they will be selling (hopefully) the majority of models to 'little farmers' who want whats on the farm to play with - Siku would be the answer there.
So why not a few 'collectors' models (maybe ltd. eds.) from, say, Wiking. A bit like NH did with the T7030 and CR9090 - but cheaper.

After all the criticism of UH, they seem to have done something right
Definitely a couple of those for me too.
-
Would be an interesting build.
Haven't even seen a scrap one for many years up here - do remember them working new though - as a kid was fascinated by the big cleaning wheel
-
In any language it's a brilliant bit of work

Inkjet printer - ignoring all attempts to 'head clean'

Good topic to resurrect - lovely bit of work

Nice tidy job, Pete. I always think tractors look slightly ridiculous on rowcrops, so that one is 'right'.

Covering the night driver to London Spitalsfield Market again today... and again tomorrow unless I can stitch some poor unsuspecting soul up with it

I'd do that for you Marky - you bring Hattie up and load grain wagons for me.................
;D

this beauty
Claeys M103 - tractoys - A.C.A. clubmodel 2009 - limited edition of 250
What a cracker! I presume they sold out quickly.

If it's a subject close to my heart, I generally will complete a survey accurately and honestly, but if it's some government quango or similar wasting money I tend to give the most ridiculous/contrary answers I can or don't do it - won't have any effect on the grand scheme of things but I feel better.

Kept finding FTF in my website statistics and, being a suspicious type, thought someone was 'hotlinking' to my pics - wandered over and found a whole pile of strange people I didn't know existed, who also made model farm stuff. Great thing this www
-
Very pleased about the 7810, as said previously will sell like hotcakes and will be good for conversions.
I'm sure UH will bring out all the cab variants at some stage.

Where have you been John, I'm going the other way on Saturday, off to Tenerife for a week

anywhere nice then john, good to see you back mate, sounds like you enjoyed it
Snuck off to Jamaica for some rum
:D Really enjoyed it and the diving was great.

Absolutely beautiful build Sean - worth all that work
-
That is going to be another cracker when done. Very smart so far.

Keeping busy with the stock
Certainly looks a bit 'clatchy' where you're running with the trailer.

Whoopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
USA trip is ON and has EVERYTHING I WANT.
Fly to Washington DC, train to Chicago, train to Flagstaff where I stop for 4 nights (5 full days)
While in Flagstaff - all the places I have wanted to see since I was 8
Sounds great Sue - thought you may do the old 'Route 66' bit

Back from hols to a 24 degree temperature drop
-
Hmmm, not a lot annoyed me either. Much rather walk around in a foot of snow at -9deg than a foot of mud just above freezing.

Very tidy collection. I'm always envious of people who can keep the models pristine in boxes like that - I used to always (and still do) rip then open to get at the goodies inside.![;D](//dmikppnxtkspw.cloudfront.net/emoticons/default_grin.gif)
