  1. Overall I think I'd have to give this model 9/10 due to the sheet and towing pin problem, a pto shaft wouldn't go a miss either. Despite all of this though it's still a very good model for the money and I'd recommend it to anyone
  2. 5. The detail round the back is also excellent with discs, safety rails and even the border spreading attachment on the left disc all in place. Lights are made of clear plastic as well and not just painted on. 6. Looks just right behind the Uh Valtra C, although in attaching in I did find one small problem.........the hole in the drawbar isn't big enough to drop over the towing pin on this tractor, whether it's a one off or a common thing though I don't know \
  3. 3. Front end detail is again high on this model, all hose's are present including ones for air brakes. I would guess that this model is based on one with a hydraulic pto drive though as there is no shaft between the front of the machine and the tractor The steps do fold as well and the stand is able to move up and down 4.Steps in down position
  4. After finally getting my hands on one of these, I have to say that the model is even better close up than it is in the pictures 1. Overall the model is very good and accurate to the real thing, the hopper is actually plastic on these and not made from metal 2. The inside of the hopper is very accurate with mesh screens in, although the sheet would only go halfway back on this one and I don't want to force it as the linkage isn't overly strong
  5. Same here, an hour ago the road was under 4 inches of water luckily the rains eased off a bit now
  6. What is often the case now here is that farmers use less than a full dose of chemical everytime so they need to go in more often, or, in the case of potatoes, they need spraying every 7-14 days or sooner in certain weather conditions during the growing season to prevent them from getting the disease called Blight
  7. Interesting tractors and prices, I do however think the seller deserves a numpty for this bit, could have sworn it was 2007 :D "plus...WE ARE KEEPING OUR 05 PRICES INTO 06 (WHILE STOCKS ARE AVAILABLE!!!)......START THE NEW SEASON RELIABLY WITH A BRAND NEW TRACTOR ....AND AVOID THE SPANNER WORK......."
  8. Nice picture, not too many of the around this area now. They were known as tool carriers here
  9. I'd guess it was this (near bottom of page), correct me if I'm wrong though Sean \ http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php?topic=6842.2625
  10. Universal Hobbies models now in, take a look at the site for pricing
  11. Trying to change my website hosting company, I need the authorisation code but the one they sent is wrong, the company who I have the name registered with don't even recognise me as a customer of theirs so I am currently suffering from high blood pressure and unable to change hosts, new site may be on the way!!!! > > > >
  12. Nice work Reece They're all Pearson blue now, the green is no longer in use
  13. They are good ploughs too, I used to use a 7 furrow version, could get over some ground with that on my old Magnum. Nice pics
  14. Extremely hard to tell, got a school bus stop near my house and if it wasn't for them wearing the uniforms, you'd say they were 18 or 19 going by all the war paint they wear :D
  15. Very nice Sean, looks much better since the rebuild, more in proportion size wise
  16. Lucky g!t :D and where was your gf when this was happening : And you tried to tell me you weren't the playground gigalo :D
  17. Thanks Tris, good job Chris was there to get the ones I couldn't take as well All is going well there at the minute, I have the chance of some work on the first farm I ever worked on now as well possibly so with those two and the models it should really be coming together
  18. Nice pics Sean, better weather than we had this side of the country yesterday as well Think you'd better get your eyes checked Rick, best you look at the first page again :D
  19. The thing that you need to remember if you are planning to get something cast is to get your master pattern perfect, something as simple as a fingerprint will show up in the mould and you'll end up with every single casting having it on. Your master will also need to be sprayed in a cellulose primer. If you plan on casting things yourself, don't be to ambitious with your first project as the moulding silicone is quite expensive and the resin mixing needs to be exact or it won't cure properley
  20. Looks a bit messy there to me. At least it wasn't a write off I'd blame the baler man myself :D

    case 7210

Nice tractors, pull like a train, easy to tweak and economical on diesel. The only trouble you ever seem to get with them is the head gasket, goes on the back corner near the cab at between 3 and 5000 hours usually, happened to my old 7230 and everyone elses I know of locally who I've spoken to \
  22. Cheers Kev I will be putting together an order in the next couple of weeks so will be adding them to it
  23. I have now updated the website completely with new products and prices today
