  1. My whole room is a collection of horrible colours Rich, you get used to it after a while :D Thanks to your kind woirds, i had to do something so it almost tripled in size This was the independant waycroft nurseries: http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php?topic=15083.0 And thanks Graham definetly, hoping to be a bit different and try some stuff out like that. Hoping you could help me out with that And all in walking distance for my inspiration Is my ?5 in the post for the mention of frogshole farm? :D :D
  2. ( Sorry for my apalling curtains ) As you can see we put a bit of kit out really having a look around the new land, roughly 2 acres to really focus on in my small space around the yard . At the moment waycroft is running about 50 acres, still expanding. Our two random Deutz' that the dealer russelled up for us just moving some of our kit around, soon to be replaced by some Barkers machinery, mainly McCormicks and big salad planting/harvesting equipment. Any questions feel free to ask
  3. Hello all you may remember the name waycroft nurseries, well the owners knew it was coming to an end, not enough machinery with hardly any land what so ever compared with other farms in the area, ford farm and frogshole farm for example and most worryingly no cash!. Out of the blue however they signed a contract to be taken over by the Barkers group which they happily excepted, a definate business/ investment oppurtunity Barkers bought land for waycroft and now the farm is rapidly expanding under the Barkers label. Barkers will be running and storing some kit up on waycroft but waycroft is still pretty much an independant farm just under the brand name supplying goods for the farm shop. So here is the new land for waycroft, hopefully rebuilding will soon start but the funding is at the moment very tight so therefore expanding will be slow \ ( P.S I don't know if that would happen in real life, it's just something i thought up in art and thought it would be a pleasant story as im trying to keep this like a story going )
  4. Welcome home Mark, hope everything was alright for you Not sure if i've complimented you on your silage pictures yet but what the heck ... :o :o In a word stunning, so lifelike ... absoelutly amazing :)
  5. Thanks guys, i thought it would be nice as shes a very handy tractor around the farm. Don't know what happened to her but hoping to find out at this years open day ... whenever the hell that is :D Hope shes still there but the likely hood is she may of been sent off and replaced by one of the older Deeres \ \ Hoping for a restoration though :)
  6. Looks very good to me Nick, awesome potential there and a great little setup already :)
  7. Excellent pictures before i make myself look a fool with a guess, really really good pictures Not being a dorsetman myself but been there enough i would say those hills near Prince Charles toytown kind of between Dorchester and Bridport, renowned for UFO sitings. It was familiar so i gave it a crack \
  8. Oh definetly, i've got the red one and still an amazing model but if i got the choice them both being the same price or maybe a few pound difference i'd have the blue \ \
  9. Can't really remember in detail the make as it was at a show about a year ago but looks to me like either a big diet feeder or a bedding machine \ Any one clear that up please?
  10. Aww look at this old girl i found about a year ago, nicknamed the dumpty tractor from memory. Still a key piece of the John Deere farm running 6900, 6410 and a 7920 it still holds a great place. Not often i post Masseys so i thought i'd share ... :)
  11. Is this a new release? Wasn't it a ltd. edition a while back? Thanks for posting, like it alot suits it in blue methinks
  12. Whats farmer giles Paul? Was it held there the events before? Whats actually there?
  13. Same but i probably wont even be able to do that! Haven't got the cash or if i do certainly wont for Spalding i tell you that ... think i'll just buy Marky a cup of tea and say my hellos and that will probably be that :D
  14. I like NHD think it looks really good personally, maybe a bit chunky? Only a suggestion but not a biggy really. Get a scene going I know Mike ( sparrow legs ) or Holderness models had some aswell they looked good too, an interesting item. Get a scene going Would look awesome in Grahams stores :)
  15. My point exactly, most ltd. editions are just a colour change or an added implement in the box with maybe a decal swap.... Just seems really strange \ \ Thus can we expect a different coloured version in the future?
  16. Very nice Gav, hope you add it to your normal models will be a very nice piece on the farm layouts, any bigger versions being experimented?
  17. Yummy, mcyum yum ... any ideas on price? If i can i'll have one to please Mr. Q or anyone whos getting any in. Why aren't UH making this a general release? It sounds promising \ Can we expect something similiar in a different manafacturers colours? \ \ Sounds silly really?
  18. Lovely pictures Belarusfan, i especially love the last photo will be interesting to see what it is, there doing something the same round here. Im going to sound stupid but where are the fens??
  19. Went into town today with my mates getting some props for a big English project were working on making a film on WW1... got loads of army uniform and bits but the best buy was definetly a huge pump thing for spraying pesticides in the garden which were filling up with fake blood, attaching tubing to the end and sticking onto parts of our body Our objective is to make the teacher cry
  20. Mandy, i'd watch out for Marky with the word cake concerned :D If it's going to be any repeat of Spalding evertime i saw Marky was at the side of the FTF stall with his hand in the cake tin :D Seriously though will be great, i'd be more than happy to help out if you need me if i can go Will be a very good show and nice to meet some of you again
