  1. just won a F.T.F weathered ford 7000 +cultivator on ebay, boxed, fof £15.50 +p/p. very happy.
  2. usual bank holiday weather again. few local shows on today n the rain will spoil them for sure

  4. Talkin about accents, I'm from northumberland n the amount of people I talk to when I'm out of the county think I'm from Dublin. I struggle to do an Irish accent at the best of times .there is also such a variation of our accent from one end of county to the other

  7. you could try the hot water trick but dont leave it submerged too long as it may distaught the colour a bit . this happened to me a while back when i tried to seperate a renault 145 bonnet . it was left with light coloured blotches across it
  8. i agree Bill, mind you ive never seen this kind of display for power farm before ,so if its rare i guess some one might jump at it
  9. very very wet . nothing but clarts. my lawn mower is leaving black wheel marks so lord knows what tractors n trailers will make. a good tow chain will be a popular choice this year
  10. Hi Jordan ,been reading through some of you comments n you mentioned wild oat picking. When i was 16 many moons ago i was on a y.t.s placement on a farm at leuchars ,fife. The farmer ran 3 units of around 300 acres each, mostly arable.All the wild oats were hand picked by hand or rouged as they called it. Small fertilizer bags were filled n then burnt .This wasnt too bad a job until a wet day came along , then it sucked . Good luck with the new job n have some fun on the way ;D

  12. if thats the show at the old air field ,brunton ,nr alnwick im not sure. i must admit ive never been but will have to make the effort.i guess the next one ill attend will be lanark,as my uncle heb from galashiels usually has a tractor there, either a b414 or his 434
  13. great photos. just been to our local steam n vintage tractor show at corbridge. there was a good show of entries .but alas the weather killed it for me and the show field was a complete swamp.

  20. mine was running hours behind too. havent checked tonite yet.
