  2. heading off to the dreaded metro center with the kids to find something for the wifes xmas. she full of cold at the minute n getting up a height at the least thing .it will give her a break from them if nowt else n stress me no end
  3. i wonder if it any thing to do with the air in the tin you were using Bill, maybe next year you should surround the spuds with dry sand in the tin to stop them rotting, also they need to breath so to speak as spuds in plastic bags go off quicker. Nice try though . hope you have a nice xmas n its stopped raining

  5. yeah my brother in law who lives at arbroth has a red raging bull model . he was raging the other day as another driver skidded on ice into the front of his pick up. no one hurt tho, but with all the black ice about it probably was unavoidable

  8. been out gritting since half 4, slid back down one of the hills , but eventually got up it. lookin at the forecast ill be back out later n prob tomorrow morning
  9. cheers bob, its a 2008 model on a 57 plate. for all its just 90 bhp its got plenty of poke , a big improvement to the renault scenic it replaced
  10. mf 135 mud guard tool boxs are another popular spot for nesting birds, also had a black bird nesting between the radiator n the fan blades on a 465 nuffield
  11. washing machine packed up so had to get a fresh one , then the car demended money spent on it ,so a fresh one is coming on friday to replace it.peugeot 308 ,1.6 hdi. £30 road tax

  13. was helping out with traffic control at a rememberance parade today. one woman found it a big inconvienience that the road was temporary closed . no respect for those who had fought for her freedom . she was taking her young son for a golf lesson , i told her that being shot by the enemy was a bigger incovienience than missing a golf lesson ! gotta go out gritting the roads after tea , frosty night ahead

  15. hadnt realised they had so much stuff at the honey farm. ive worked on the roads , tar spraying around that area n missed out. yeah Beamish is great too . it usually takes 2 visits for us to get a proper look around
  16. yeah noticed the 444 has power steering fitted too , another optional extra. the proper weights for that tractor bolt on underneath the nose cone
  17. hi Bill , great photos once again.liked the ones of the duncan cabed 434 , just like the the one dad had when i was little. i also liked how the 444 had a modified weight frame fitted to it , shame it was sporting ford weights though
