nice to be appreciated paul , thank you . it was just a dusting till around seven then the heavens dropped three inches in half an hour , plenty of people caught out , two cars bumped into each other at catton , a passenger got out and got run over by another vehicle and required the air ambulance . not good

Sorry but it’s a bit far for me to tramp down with our gritter and plough . I’m up at two to grit the roads around here ,

aye there was a bit snow . there was some big flakes around 6am but fortunately came to nowt, turned to rain and now has froze , everywhere is one big ice rink

Got this hen house off eBay the other week , had thought it was a paint job but no it’s pink walls are genuine pink plastic instead of the usual white . It has green doors and has a brown roof and floor

must of all been on the east side , noticed the high ground towards consett was white today while we just have a biting bitter wind

winter must be approaching , was called out to grit the high ground route from Allendale , that's from 800ft up to near 2000ft on the cumbrian border
