  1. It's the seventies, you've just won a lucrative contract to haul abattoir waste, JCB Fastracs haven't been developed, you can't afford a Unimog but you need something a little faster and more powerful than the old Nuffield you own. Answer? Mate the back end of a Massey Ferguson tractor with Multi Power to the front of a Bedford wagon.
  2. JCB Fastrac 4220 and Amazone Cayenna drill on demonstration at NORMAC 2018.
  3. Case IH Maxxum 5130 Plus I photographed and wrote about for Classic Tractor late last year.
  4. Fendt 720 Vario and 4160V round baler racing the rain on a gloomy evening in 2019.
  5. Smart looking gravel cart. Was it built by Jones Engineering up near me? Looks very similar to a couple of older examples i've photographed on my travels they built to that design.
  6. Case IH Maxxum MXM120 Pro and Reekie potato planter at work in 2019.
  7. Valtra-Valmet 8150 and New Holland D1010 baler on a farm in Shropshire I visited last Summer.
  8. Thanks mate, DBP 1164 is one of my favourite models in my collection, love Ian's 7700-Four too. 🙂
  9. Demount lime spreader constructed to fit on the back of a Massey Ferguson 1200 by my good friend Gavin Motley in 1980.
  10. New Holland T7.230 at work at Metcalfe Farms last Spring.
  11. DBP County 1164 and 1174 that joined my collection last year.
  12. A trio of Grimme GB215 potato planters yoked to Fendt and Valtra tractors equipped with Chafer fertiliser tanks in 2019.
  13. 5690 HTS is a significant step up from a Starliner. There were quite a few 5690 HTS combines sold by the dealer I used to live near. Most of those were then swapped for 6090 HTS machines, and more recently the new C9206. There's lots of older red versions i'd to try and find, but certainly none local to me. Hoping to go and see a pair of green 36.40s this Summer. 🙂
  14. Not many Starliners around in the UK now. I was told most that were sold over here have now been exported. I used to live near a Deutz-Fahr dealership and the vast majority of smaller mid range combines they sold at the time were Topliner 4060 and 4065s. 🙂
  15. Another day, another New Holland T7.270 Blue Power to photograph. This smart example was yoked to a 6000 litre Horsch Leeb sprayer.
  16. Hedgerow specification International 541 combine on a farm in Lincolnshire in 2019.
  17. Proper old classic war horse still putting in a shift last year. Found this Zetor 8011 on slurry stirring duties last Summer.
  18. Out on a little job earlier today with this New Holland T6.150 spreading fertiliser with a KRM Bogballe spreader equipped with an Isaria N-sensor. Nice to see the Fritzmeier name again. Whilst they're still involved with making cabs Isaria are a part of their digital agriculture division.
  19. The recent classic releases from Britain's joined my collection today.
